Introduction
Meat is known as a rich source for protein and healthy bones, but studies show that meat-eating is not healthy for anyone. The most known issues about meat-eating are that red meat is not healthy to them as compared to white meat (Walsh, Sharon, and Evelyn, 2004). Even if the meat is known as a rich source of protein, it is devoid of other nutrients which many assist in cancer development like fiber. Meat-eating is arguably animal abuse; it is said that human is not supposed to be meat-eaters. Meat-eating has several adverse on the environment. Studies show that meat-eating in environmental rationale where the activity is associated with losses of natural resources (Walsh, Sharon, and Evelyn, 2004). There are several reasons from unique perspectives as to why we should stop eating meat.
Health-Related Issues
Meat contains saturated fat which contains Low-Density Lipoprotein, which causes pressure on the arteries due to creation of waxed fax. Poultry skin, beef fat, and butter all come from meat, and they are the primary sources of fat. A study that involves a hundred man and women aged at 21-60 years old showed that saturated levels of white and red meat were equal (Walsh, Sharon, and Evelyn, 2004). Both women and men are at a higher risk of cancer and fat-related diseases. A study shows that people do not balance the type of fat they take; that is if, at all, they have to eat meat. Polyunsaturated fat is said to reduce the amount of coronary heart disease, which is increased and accused by saturated fat.
Animal Awareness
Animal slaughtering has no difference with the slave trade and oppression. There have been several movements advocating for at-oppression (Walsh, Sharon, and Evelyn, 2004). Some people have argued that they can eat anything, "I would eat anything I kill." Whites had that feeling that they could oppress the salves since they practically owned them. This is the psychology applied in the case when a man would kill an animal just for a pair of shoes or leather jacket. It is considered animal cruelty when people are ambivalent about eating meat, and they tend to make no meaningful reasoning. For instance, other people have said that animals are killed since they possess less mental capabilities.
Environmental Rationale
Animals rearing in America and Europe have turned protein from grains to cattle. Animals are using much areas and crops that produce protein, much water, and other vegetables. The overall product or gain is the same for humans, and it is like using protein to get another protein. Some people have urged different concerning killing animals and environments. According to Walsh, Sharon, and Evelyn (2004), "...but the problem isn't meat, but too much meat" (p.688) Some places kill so many animals and have already developed a culture of meat-eating. It is said that in places like Italy and France is very hard to encounter a vegetarian.
Conclusion
Irrefutably, meat-eating has many disadvantages which affect health and also the environment. Psychologist believes that people developed a culture that they stood on and did not want to think ethically. Animal cruelty campaign has shed much light on the world, while others feel differently. For intake, many people do eat dog because they are referred to as "man's best friend." Diabetes and heart disease are levels of development are accelerated when an individual takes meat. Cholesterol and fat are associated with the most dangerous conditions. It is better to make protein and vitamins from crops and grain rather than protein and diseases from animal
