It can be shown by how much interest Martha Wilson concentrates on improving the employee satisfaction, performance, selection, and pay as a means to improve the efficiency in the company. Martha focuses on motivating Lenny and Harry. She also employs a democratic leadership when she consults her employees on the best way to improve the workforce without affecting their pay raise.
