The difference between the proletariat and the mercantile or bourgeois classes is who gets the lion's share of the profit from the cost of production (which in this context includes the human resource of the proletariat). The wages of the proletariat are ostensibly lower than the productive capacity of their work. Corporations are organizational devices whose main purpose to exploit labor from people through slavery and less wages. This enabled them to set up and accumulate wealth (Pisu 1264). Additionally of all the developed countries of the world, America is not a land of opportunity for everybody; it has the highest quality levels. The country stands on unequaled posts of class where most of the people are born and dies in that class structure.

This is the reason behind the copious discrepancy in income levels and treasures. In such an imperialist economy such as the USA, the efficiency of workforces will gloss and grow, but their wages will keep disappearing and declining since it does not keep up with the inflation. Most of the corporations only depend on offshoring processes and downsizing their labor. This creates more profits and wealth to their companies and reduces the operational costs of the industries.
