Introduction
Post-Ferguson era was adversely influenced by the number of crimes that arose from hiring police officers whose ethnic backgrounds are different. In the United States, quality of life is determined by the level of crime influences on people, which results from hiring police officers with different ethnic backgrounds. However, the nature and effect of crime on people vary based on the harms that the victims are usually facing with increased rates are common among ethnic communities whose structural features are prone to negatives consequences which are of long term basis. Crime s majorly associated with stigmas which are seen as a harmful neighbor or bad state to both insiders and outsiders. Research studies have been conducted to justify the relationship between rates of crime during both the Pre and Post-Ferguson era, but no concrete solution has been reached (Adams, 2018). Besides, understanding crime rates diversities are essential in various academic disciplines that have policy implications in the criminal justice and social institution systems. Notably, the article asserts that after the shooting of Michael Brown which occurred in Ferguson, more concerns have been reinstated to address the relationship between the type of policy and ethnic background in the number of crimes. This paper focuses on examining police diversity and crime in a pre & post-Ferguson era and the impact of hiring police officers ethnically in the United States.
According to Nix & Wolfe (2018), the Ferguson era is associated with various criminal acts in both public and private settings (Nix & Wolfe 2018). The article concludes that the introduction of hiring police officers who are more ethical as a way of de-policing perspectives in the United States shows that government was not concerned about providing adequate care to the rising number of crimes that the citizens were being subjected to. Similarly, the era was associated with the rise in crime rates to hiring many ethnically police officers for various public and private operations. However, it proposes that the diversity on crime due to the hiring of more ethnically police officers in the era shows that there is a need for inclusion of more agencies to hasten the interaction between the police and crime incidence operations that are within their disposal (Arora, Phoenix & Delshad, 2019). Both pre and post-Ferguson era reveals that the rise in criminal cases resulted from diversities which are prevalent in their nature and killings. Enforcing substantial stoppage to the operations that are being undertaken by the police can reduce the consequential effects of crime diversity during the era.
According to part two of the article, the police diversity and crime in most parts of America have increased as the number of ethnical officers is being hired in the administration system. The Fergusson era asserts that the decline of crime is only possible in the hiring system is changed to admit the new codes of recognizing various characteristics and factors that are related to crime. However, during the pre-Ferguson era, crime rates were attributed to the passive way of hiring police officers and the trends ethnically in such incidences among the citizens (Adams, 2018). The "Ferguson Effect" was regarded as the primary cause of a high number of violent crime in most cities of the United States during the Fergusson era. Similarly, the police and the public unrest is most associated with significant assaults which are harmful to the citizens as well as reveals various personal changes in crime perception that have been realized.
Additionally, the article purported that the increased diversity in different types of crimes has led to maximization of efforts among the police to interpret the menace. Formulation of various ways of minimizing the drawbacks reveals that crime in the United States has reached higher levels, and different techniques are needed to reduce the effect (Campbell, Nix & Maguire, 2018). The article further reiterates that the Ferguson era echoed the inclusion of FBI to maximize efforts of investigating and compiling various types of crime which have been realized due to hiring police officers with different ethnic backgrounds. However, the reform process requires lucid adoption and specific justice procedure and process, which are combative in addressing crime cases (Rhodes & Tyler, 2019). Evidence from the proposed methodologies in assessing the rate of crime among the citizens in America shows that police officers, regardless of their ethnic background, are the champions of crime diversification.

In conclusion, law enforcement officers and policy promoters are usually made liable to crime incidences, which reveals that crime diversity is a concept that needs keen internalization to address. A survey in the article shows that police officers during pre-Ferguson and post-Ferguson era are the leading cause of the realized diversity. The jury in the aftermath portrays that the ethnic background of the officers is significant in defining significant causes of crime and possible solution to the concern related to them. The remedy in the post crime issues reveals that criminal cases and diversity are majorly associated with passive hiring process which doesn't address significant concerns as the immediate requirement. However, highlighting relevant linear crime rate trends helps in finding prudent information in finding a possible solution to the jury which is being caused by police operations.
