How He Treated Workers

Henry Ford can be termed as a person who illustrated inclusion, empathy, and inclusion as far as his leadership was concerned. When it came to being a people's person, the inventor can be termed as a genius. Ford had an innate sense of appreciation and empathy for other individuals. He comprehended common needs and struggles and therefore considered doing all things in his power to assist all individuals requiring his help.

Additionally, Ford practiced the values of motivation and human loyalty (Howells & Katznelson, 12). As such, Henry Ford can be described as a bold and mature leader who understood and led people effectively during his time. Henry Ford is considered a transformative leader since he dedicated his time to mentoring the people around him, and this can be attributed to the success the entity attained in the industry. Primarily, Henry Ford ensured that all individuals attained momentous success in the form of leadership, among other things.

How He Spent His Money

Henry Ford spent his numerous wealth in many ways. The motor vehicle inventor collected what he called relics of pre-industrial America and proceeded to showcase them in his museum known as the Edison Institute headquartered in Dearborn, Mich (Law 5). Ford also used his finances to venture in the then rapidly elevating aviation world.

How He Donated His Money

In 1937, Ford donated a monetary endowment aimed at forming the Henry Ford Institute of Agricultural Engineering. In the course of the Great Depression, Ford donated money to the current and former employees of the entity (Law 7). Additionally, the inventor donated money that led to the formation of the Greenfield Village Museum.

Is He a Robber Baron or Captain of Industry?

Henry Ford is a captain of the industry considering that he strides that other people followed in building motor vehicles. With his skills in creating and developing vehicles, Henry Ford was regarded as a genius during his time, a feat that has remained until the contemporary world (Law 9).

I decide to term Henry Ford as a captain of the industry because he is among the earliest people who developed the idea of making vehicles. He provided the platform for other developers to thrive.
