First of all, time management is an essential element for the company's success. Knowing myself to be a chronic procrastinator which has got me into trouble on so many occasions for failure to arrange my tasks in order of importance. Lacking time managements skills, as described by Douglas McGregor in his theory X, compares to the employees that cannot motivate themselves to work (Drew, 2018). Secondly, as I have learned in class, there are six important components of leaderships skills, namely: problem awareness, information gathering, data analysis, action execution and examination of strategies (Schon, 2017). Possession of great leadership skills means having an optimistic outlook on matters business and trusting the determination of the employees' input in the organization.

Implement

An important lesson from the class about efficacy in time management, I could manage time well if only I changed and be like the employees assumed by Douglas McGregor in his theory Y. they are known for their ability to physically and mentally motivate themselves to do better at work. This effort could translate into accomplishing my set daily tasks on time. As for the leadership skills, I learned that to be a good team leader, exchanges opinions and different perspective among other leaders and organization members (Wright, 2015). Also, a good leader believes in him or herself and is not reluctant during decision making.

Conclusively, time is indeed a vital commodity hence the need to use it properly. Throughout the semester, I intend to utilize my time management skills for greater output of work. Looking inward, I realize that I have not been the best planner and that I need to give precedence to my everyday tasks in order of their urgency. Therefore, the combination of the discussed skills should enable me to avoid the chaotic situation consisting of stress and frustration resulting from incomplete tasks and unachieved goals in the long run. Particularly notable is the fact that these skills are acquired and are inborn in anyone.
