Introduction

E-commerce is one of the most suitable and sorted after the way of carrying out the business. My E-commerce business is aimed at improving and developing the economic and social wellbeing of the society. However, most of the products that were produced in the organization have a more profound appeal with the clients in the market. Several steps have been developed in maintaining my international footprints for my e-commerce sites. My e-commerce business first was targeting some of the countries that have a considerable volume of customers who were consuming the product of the firm. Some of the countries that were identified as suitable for product development include the United States of America, China and United Kingdom. The business of E-commerce in the US is one of the sorted after system in the country. The country has a huge market base and stable economic stability. With the following advantage, United States qualify to be one of my targets while starting E-commerce. Secondly, China also serves as one of my target countries in E-commerce business (Ahmad et al.2015). The rate of the cost of production is relatively low in the country, and it is available in a ready market for my products. According to my survey, China qualified as a suitable country in starting my e-commerce business. The fact that most of the cost of products used in the country is relatively low play an essential role in developing the country operational systems (Ahmad et al.2015). Secondly, the availability of ready buyers and sellers also makes China the most suitable country.

The product and service taste and preference as well participates in a vital task of deciding whether the product meets the criteria or not. Most of the customers in China prefer my product compared to my competitors. This makes it easier for doing and carrying out business in the country. My company produces Textile products such as shoes, clothes, bags and leather products. The local customers in China will embrace my E-commerce products; this is because of its uniqueness and authenticity structure in the market. This plan will allow me to customize my products to the customers. Marketing of my E-commerce products also will be customized based on the customer's needs. The advantage of customizing marketing system is because it will act as a public awareness measure for the products (AlGhamdi, Drew & AlGhaith, 2011). More and more customers will be in a better position to understand some of the ways of operation of the firm.

Analyze How the Use of Mark-up Languages on the Web Can Aid in Increasing Sales and an Internet Presence

The idea of using mark-up verbal communications serves an essential role in increasing sales and internet services. As the manager of the E-commerce production, the use of mark-up languages will help in bettering and understanding of the customers' requirements in the market. After following the customers' needs, the company will be in a better position to expand and create its services across the country without any difficulties. In the scenario where a satisfied customer requires proper clarification based on the products produced in the firm, the mark-up language will assist the customer (AlGhamdi, Drew & AlGhaith, 2011). The customer will articulate his or her ideas based on the product produced by the firm. This plan will help by giving the customers a platform where they can express their understanding and opinions based on the product. The mark-up language generally increases the level of sales by developing a product and process quality of the product. However, these plans will help in establishing suitable business operations in the market.

There are a few firms that have embraced the use of e-commerce software techniques in increasing their sales levels. The E-commerce software will help in creating a marketing advantage in sales services since there are a few organizations that use the same platform in their marketing. My firm, therefore, will be in a position to win most of the customers in the Chinese market (Du &Tang, 2014). The mark-up language idea also will help in bringing both the buyers and the sellers together to work as a team.

Develop Advanced Functions by Using a Set of E-commerce Software That Provides a Competitive Advantage

The advanced functions will be suitable in developing a practical and systematic competitions are on the operational market system. The e-commerce software will also assist my firm in comparing and contrasting the company services with its competitors(Du &Tang, 2014). This technique of comparing and contrasting the company operations will aid the firm in developing an added advantage based on products that are not used in the organization. E-commerce software will help the organization to create an upper edge on its competitors in the market.

The technique of using a deposit of an E-commerce software system will enable the company to customize its discounts and offers to the customers. Customizing cuts and extends to the customers will allow the firm to have an added advantage over its competitors in the market (Eid, 2011). This method also will act as an advertising approach for the goods produced in the organization. Additionally, there will be a stronger interrelation between the customers and the firm. As the management of the firms, I will be in a position to provide a recommendation to the customers in easing out their work operations services. Customers in most cases prefer a business that also cares about their welfare.

Plan and Develop New E-Commerce Initiatives

Various e-commerce initiatives will be used in my firm. Some of the e-commerce activities will include reduction of delivery time. The company will ensure that the products are delivered on time to their respective customers. The Second plan will include the introduction of more product lines in the organization (Rahayu& Day, 2015). This technique will help an organization to be more competitive among the customers. The firm, on the other hand, will be more competitive in the market compared to other organizations. On the other hand, the use of product lines will increase the advantage measures of the company across the market system. There is no question on the return policy system used in the market. There is cash on delivery facility policy system structure (Rahayu& Day, 2015). A seller will be paid on delivering a product to the organization. A plan that will help in increasing the level of sales across the market.

Provide the Benefits and Disadvantages of Outsourcing These Segments

Some of the benefits of outsourcing of the current and future e-commerce site will lend a hand in increasing the development structure of the organization in the market. Secondly, it will help in enhancing a lucrative customer and company relations (Savrul, Incekara, &Sener, 2014). However, some of the disadvantages of this system are because it will affect the product structure sales in the market structure.

Finally, provide a detailed explanation of Project Management issues concerning the development and implementation of e-commerce solutions and initiatives.

Various project management issues will arise during the realization of the e-commerce resolutions and plans system. Some of the development and applications used during the development of e-commerce were founded on the economic, social, and political nature of the country (Terzi, 2011). The company will first formed its management team, prioritized various roles, identify a product, and organize for awareness of policies and product marketing.
