Introduction
From a tender age, entrepreneurship has been of great interest not only as a source of income but also as my professional career line. Several factors have influenced the love for entrepreneurship including the fact that my father is a business administrator and my mother a is a professional marketer. As a result, I have been exposed to business environments from an early age. Besides, I have always been fascinated by the new technology and business ventures being developed every day. Thus, most of the activities and responsibilities if not all are related to business and communication. To be an entrepreneur, therefore, Academics performance and creativity were key.

Flexibility in adapting to new changes, challenges and opportunities have been the driving factors that have helped me not to give up.
I scored an overall score of 76% from the GET2 test. According to the sites, making such score suggests that I possess strong levels of enterprising strengths. Individuals who have made similar scores are often exhibited entrepreneurial traits, and they are more likely to develop enterprising projects. No doubt that I fall into the category of establishing Tinderly. As a young innovator, coming up with Tinderly was not a one day job. It involved constant consultation, research, and above all the need to integrate the senior citizens in making their lives more fun and unrestricted to homecare or them feel abandoned or burden. Also, people who achieve similar score tend from time to time develop enterprises and in specific contexts and circumstances - for instance, creating employment for my friends, integrating other expertise necessary to grow the business. Tinderly marketing department encompasses most of the college friends in the various departments spreading across the modern marketing world. For instance, the company has a Social media manager who is responsible for online publicity. There is also an offline (field) marketers who mainly identify institutions, organizations, and opportunities that expand the Tinderly's market coverage.
I have successfully launched and kick-start Tinderly from the knowledge and experience I have acquired over my internships and part-time employment. Similarly, community-volunteering services have sharpened my social skills and communication skills as well. Communication as Drucker suggests, play a major role in the smooth operations as entrepreneurs through community projects volunteering. Not limited to Tinderly only, I express all the above talents and skills via activities outside the main work context. Such traits as strategic thinking, critical thinking and decision-making, patience, objectivity, and perseverance have played a manager role in developing, shaping, and expanding my professional networks in both social and professional contexts.
