- Social networking sites like Twitter and Facebook enable the company to the community directly with the consumers, who can also spread the word about the company's products through the word of mouth marketing (Tavukcuoglu, 2018).
- Digital marketing is available 24/7 and is able to capture a more energetic crowd.
- Digital marketing also has its disadvantages. They include;
