The venue does not only offer a range of activities that improve the physical well-being of individuals such as the tower and coconut tree climbing but also provides individuals with a chance to interact with individuals from different cultures. This helps in the development of their social well-being. Among the impacts on the environment associated with Green Leisure Center pertain to accommodation, recreational activities, and travel. Potential adverse effects on the environment that the business will have include water pollution, due to the presence of facilities such as swimming pools; increased fire frequency, resulting from activities such as camping that involves fires; and noise.
