The early history of the factory may have played a critical role especially concerning the laying of modern factories, and the encouragement of formal working (Akgoz, Gorkem, Richard Croucher, and Nicola Pizzolato, p.5). On the contrary, the early factory provided a working opportunity to the locals, a step that helped to drive the local economy in Britain (Apotsos, Stavros, et al, P.189). However, the growth, and development of factory, was carried under the expense of women, and children, wherein some milling factory, children were entirely hired, with fewer adults to supervise them.
