The reasons why the prisoners are always given free food while the school students do not is that the prisoners are those people who are deprived of their liberty against their wills. This can be by forcible restraint, captivity, or by confinement. These terms apply mainly to serving a prison sentence, especially in prison. It mostly does not apply to the defendants who majorly on the pre-trial. While students are specifically the individuals who have enrolled themselves in schools or the educational institutions intending to attain the appropriate standards of a subject which is under an instructor, and one devotes what he has been instructed to do in preparation for that class. The reasons are as follows: Firstly, those prisoned cannot be in acceptance of paying off their meals. The second is on, for the school students, we find that their parents can be able to send them to the school with the money, or they could be able to earn themselves some amount by getting themselves jobs. While the prison cannot be in a position where they could make themselves some cash or buy themselves foods, at least it is not enough of it. This is always evident in most of the countries in Africa and Asia, were those related to the prisoners have to send money or by sending some amount so that they could buy themselves food, and the results which follow is some dye if they do not get to use to survive. Also, the federal or the state mainly gives the funding to the inmate per what they sleep on to all the prisoners in feeding and housing every inmate. That is, all the people who are incarcerated are an award of the state where they are given what they need.

Fourthly, in a candid way, we observe that the prisoners and prisons are the biggest moneymakers to some individuals other than schools and kids are. This always comes out as an in-depth subject whom one can research, but this is not enough in saying to why prisoners and prisons are commercial commodities, investment, and assets to some of the individuals. Hence, this is why the prisons always sprout up like weeds in other places and schools often closing down. Fifthly, the prison and schools are pretty similar environments nut it is evident that at the end of any day, the students can manage to leave, bringing of food into the school, buying anything using their money while the prisoners have much less in doing all those things. Also, it is always not as free as someone has to pay for it. Though, the food is always of low quality. Thus, the prisoners can buy themselves food if the can.

Sixthly, in another argument, we can conclude by saying that this food is always not free; this is because the inmates in prison usually sow and plant the crops. Processing of the meats, butchering and raising of the livestock's, thus what these people do is they work for these things that are by processing, raising, and growing, which is not free (Campbell, 23). Also, we find out that the prison's meals are to why they are free is because these inmates usually work for this; thus, the students should not be in the apposition to receive handouts whereby the have to work for this with effort in improving the economy and infighting of poverty. Because by locking inmates to buy themselves food yet they do not earn themselves income and begin asking to pay for the meals that will lead to the enforcing of starvation to them, which is against humanitarian and civil society, something which I do not think a civilized will ever try to do. For the students, their parents do not eat free because their parents have a source of income in which parents benefit from home food stamps.

Seventhly, it is a fact the taxes people pay some of them to go and feeds prisoners. Which goes to school is always less. That is, there is the state of the art prisons, which are mainly for the uneducated kids who had turned to crime hence paying the basics. Moreover, the school will not teach them as it might offend the little angels. Notably, there is a rise of the young prisoners; thus, by going to jail, everything becomes free, which leads to an increase of any taxes to the state. The intimates are given food as it provides them with essential nutrition and on the recommended daily calories to an average adult. Hence, if someone needs to eat the quality food, they have to purchase individually through the prison commissary or for them to get they have to go through relatives or friends on the outside, but for the students, they have much freedom (Pearson, W. 2011). Lastly, in most of the jails and prisons, the meals are free this because some states allow for subsistence or any related charges in covering the cost of food. This is always collected in cutting on the inmates who come in. This kind of change runs daily and is still applied to the negative balance, thus for these meals to always be free, the fact forever remains that their families always pay it. Conclusively, the government should consistently enact the existing laws and enactment of the policies on the way the prison should be governed and the way the schools should be taken care of in enabling the students to be in a conducive environment.

The prisoners are always the responsibility of the state that should be gathered diligently and in particular, need free food, particularly the prisoner does not always have any income with no choice or option. This means that they are there against their will because of being held up. Therefore, the students are always gathered for by the parents either by the issuance of the packed lunch or provision of the amount to buy lunch. All that said and done, there is an excellent provision of welfare, and students who need are eligible for these school meals, which they have not to worry at all. Also, the reasons they are given free food is because society needs to put criminals away so that they will not go on with their evils to the rest anymore. And also, to educate the young ones on why they should not depend on others to get free stuff, which is not a good thing.
