So many questions have been raised regarding the causes of such fires, and the reasons as to why up to date there has been no reliable measure set in place to control such incidences from happening. The U.S. government has had several hiccups concerning the way they should convince the general public that their security is fully assured and that, there should be no more fear about any fire outbreak as similar to the previous. Moreover, extensive debates have been raised in search for the cause of such fires and also the attempt to provide a positive response towards what should be done, who should do it, how it should be done to ensure there are no more fears in future. Finally, the power supply management concerning the climatic changes that have been occurring since over several years has been challenged to enhance certain control measure to reduce the chances of fire outbreaks in the future. This paper shall, therefore, major its focus on how to make increase several changes that would deem appropriate for preening such disastrous events from happening again, the psychological effects of those who lost homes. Besides a brief analysis of the general impression of the fire documentary provided in here, shall be put into consideration.

On November 8, 2018, there occurred one of the deadliest fire outbreak in the Sierra Nevada foothills. The fire was hasted to a rapid spread due to the prescience of high temperatures and also gusty winds. Besides, there was dry vegetation which contributed to in a paramount way to the rapid spread of the fire as a result. Several crews made many incremental gains while the Walmart parking lot immediately turned into an impromptu tent city hence turning the fire as a center of a debate concerning the issue of global warming.

Also, the horrific campfire claimed over 85 lives, thereby destroying more than 14,000 residential homes and finally burning of an area equal to the size of Chicago, as the flames raged across Northern California. The total area that was burned down amounted to 153,000 acres of the Butte County, which is located at the northern part of Sacramento. The whole nightmare of fire blazes left over 296 people unaccounted for an incidence that led the crews to make endless sifts through the ashes of the burned buildings in search for the bodies of people who would have been consumed by such fires.

As several diligent took the matter too severe and eventually made several reactions about it, there were quite different reactions from all over the world and more from within the government of President Trump. President Trump himself argued that the main reason as to why the fire had to spread so quickly is because there has been poor management of the forests, all such blames directed to the state of California. Consequently, the president threatened to withdraw the federal funding from the Californian state.

However, the reaction forms the state officials challenged the presidential comments retaliating that the county of Butte had its ever since before, and for the first time experienced its hottest years according to the records kept for past several decades. The arguments were that high temperatures led to the dried vegetation turn into a tinderbox, an occurrence which led to the rapid spread of fire.

According to a written document, President Trump had been earlier warned of the possible fire outbreak within the affected area. Temperature changes had already gone higher than the normal limits that the power cables and the whole electric system would sustain as a threshold point. Such a warning had also indicated the PG & E Company to take control measure before the worst could happen. However, no immediate reaction was carried until when a fire erupted and cleared a huge piece of land.

As seen in the few scenarios above, some aspects of control should be taken care of to ensure that no more hazardous fire outbreaks would be witnessed in the future. Hence, this would be a suggestion that several things should change by the way various human activities are carried which could be the leading contributor to the effects of global warming.

Even though global warming is a global concern in every part of the world, several factors can be put in place to enhance successful control from the hazardous fire outbreaks. In the very first place, the power company should be held responsible for the epidemics and hence causing several areas of remedy.

Thus, the crews should ensure that the power lines are regularly repaired and also making sure that any form of debris alongside the roads is fully cleared. The ashes and debris are quite could contain in them toxic elements of heavy metals and carcinogens which could pose a significant threat to such lines in case they are close to the power cables. U.S. Wellbeing and Human Services Secretary Alex Azar have announced a general wellbeing crisis in the state, as per ABC News. Two emergency clinics and eight wellbeing offices must be cleared due to out of control fires. Impermanent facilities are being overpowered by congestion and sickness," Frances Stead Sellers, Scott Wilson and Tim Craig composed on Monday in The Washington Post. More than 120 individuals have been sickened by what gives off an impression of being the very infectious contamination norovirus.

Also, there should also be a continuous checkout on the trends within the dry vegetation within the forest to ensure that there is always a regular clearing of such vegetation which may easily lead to a rapid spread of fire in fire occurs. Since global warming has always been a threat, there ought to be measures put in place to ensure that there is a timely report indicating on the trend of temperatures and how they are likely to affect certain areas. Therefore, the departments that are entrusted within the weather changes departments should be able to provide alerts in the cases whereby extreme temperatures may be experienced and the areas that are likely to face the impact of fire outbreak so that the government can put the appropriate control measures to curb such hazardous events in advance.

Conclusion

According to the documentary provided here, which is in the form of a video clip, it is obvious to see everything based on the impacts that the fire caused. One can see how good homes were brought to ground and nothing remains to be saved including human lives. Moreover, even on the roads, one can also view on how vehicles were consumed to nothing but scraps of metal besides big flames of fire seen from a distance. Therefore, the documentary can be said to be of high quality and also compelling to watch by anybody.
