Bills of rights are one of the essential clauses that should be added in the constitution. Within the anti-federal Government, fairness and equableness in the treatment of the individual are one of the primary factors that enable people to live harmoniously and with respect to each other. It would, therefore, be appropriate and rigid to validate the constitution and advance it to protect the freedoms and the oppression of the citizens by the overpowered Government. It is through the inclusion of the bill of rights in the constitution amendment that can enable the citizen to liberate their oppressed nature and freedom towards deciding on a democratic government. For instance, through the denial of the human right over voting and deciding on whom to rule the citizens in the next serving period, only subjects the to the power of the dictatorship or rather aristocratic (Brennan & William, 489). The effect, therefore, creates unfairness in the development of government democracy. Thus there is a high demand for the addition of the bill of the rights with the constitution clauses. Basically, the tyranny would be eliminated, and each individual deserves equal opportunity to lead the nation as the majorities' leader elected in a free election.
The human rights convention bill entails a significant element of individual liberty and empowers individuals on how to respect and protect each other's interests. The rights have a substantial role in ensuring that there is fair dealing or fairness in judicial and legislative judgment that is passed to each person. Besides, the bill of rights may alarm the positive change in the violence case-solving, unlike any other part of the constitution. Regarding the same, I firmly believe and support the amendment of the constitution through the implementation of the bills of right on which all citizens are subjected to equality and fairness in government treatment.
In support of the Brutus vie on the addition of a specific bill of rights is one of the petitions that promote effective power distribution. Therefore, it is unruly for anyone to act above the law. Regarding the same, affirm that it is through the bill of the right that and an individual can be able to possess private possession, and therefore, he or she can use them for his or her benefit without torturing or causing harm to people around him or her. On the other hand, the Publius' approval on the constitution that has omitted bills of the right state that the Government is sole power to pass the judgment and them only decision-maker in the personal decisions of the individual (Brennan & William,761). The argumentation shows that Government enjoy the monopoly on control and discern of its citizen and hence it would be easy to make decisions in a nation. However, in my view, human rights and freedom should be induced in the constitution since it is through the democratic government political leaders and citizens benefit from personal liber, and they have freedom of expression in any court of order upon being sworn. An individual would be able to defend himself or herself until the court finds him or her guilty. It is, therefore, essential to include the bill of rights in the constitution for the justification of judgment or the limits of individual liberty with respect to the other.
The bill of Rights empowers citizens to participate in public events and decision-making actively, thus the involvement of the citizens in matters affecting their lives either directly or indirectly. The bill hence is crucial as it empowers the citizen to raise their concerns with condemnation by the Government as well as criticizing what is right for them in a democratic government. For that reason, I fully support the inclusion of the bill of rights in the federal government constitution.
