The school of Athens is a representation of the greatest scientists, philosophers, and mathematicians. The Raphael's Fresco was mainly built to accommodate intellectuals from an ideal community based on the entire classical world. To facilitate the vision on the classical themes such as the wedding of art, science, and philosophy, a spacious hall was created by Raphael.

The classical themes demonstrated distinct classical ideas, statues, and portraits that were Raphael's contemporary representation of significant figures of classical science and wisdom. The classical themes are well displayed in Raphael's School of Athens and their symbolism (Academy 1-10). The School of Athens was an accurate illustration of the Italian Renaissance. The decorative portraits of great thinkers were common in the 15th century that mainly had Raphael's art concepts (Stewart 1-26). The main ideas primarily represented theology, jurisprudence, philosophy, and literature that consisted of a new level of large compositions. These were some of the classical themes that were used to transmit the intellect of great thinkers, which would spark discussions among different cultures (Stewart 1-26).

The architectural illusion was another major classical theme feature in The School of Athens, as painted by Raphael. Raphael's fresco is a masterpiece where an intellectual concept is represented visually (Artble 1-13). For instance, the theme of philosophy is embodied by uses of a grouping of figures in a painting that displays a complicated lesson on philosophy history and different beliefs among the Greek philosophers.

The vision of humanist thought in the world is also represented in The School of Athens by Raphael. The merits of realism and idealism are discussed and are regarded as the center of the artwork, for instance, by Aristotle and Plato (Skikos 1-13). The classical themes were also used to explain how the world was formed from a impeccable mathematical perspective.

Conclusion

The classical themes of philosophy, theology, Poetic arts, and jurisprudence in The School of Athens by Raphael have great inspirations to the world. The themes display a lot of knowledge in relation to art, giving people the opportunity to learn from great intellectuals from different parts of the world through their contribution to the classical world.
