The concept of ethical fallacy is when moral reasoning is commonly abused. In politics, delusion may take different forms like; individualism fallacy, relativism fallacy and the fallacy of false liberalism. Political ethics is related to logical fallacy since they play a significant event in the life of the party at times of risk and great possibility. Most occasionally the politicians promise to effect a change considering the parties capacity, and yet they threaten to dilute what the party stands for (Bentham 10).

Thus an analysis of ethics in the political aspect has the potential to expand the theories of democracy in a new direction and contributing to the political theory of the institution. The aim of establishing the ethics system on logic has long term abandoned moral philosophy (Bentham 13).

I am basing the discussion on the two politicians; Donald Trump is representing the Republican Party and Hillary Clinton representing the Democratic Party. The two politicians arguably raised different ethical questions, Donald Trump raised the following issue; should I care more about my company if I become the president? How will I stick to my promises if I become the president? What could be transactions that the ethics advisor sign off? (Santoso & Marella 20)

On the other hand, Hillary Clinton asked the following questions; in spite of many people working off to make ends meet, when does there hard work pays off? What is the issue of income inequality in the U.S? Is democracy and prosperity part of only CEOs and hedge fund managers? (Santoso & Marella 21).Jeremy Bentham an English philosopher and political radical gives a good description of moral philosophy in which the politicians mentioned above appeared to subscribe. Bentham is primarily known for his moral philosophy, especially the principle of utilitarianism, which was evaluating actions based upon their consequences. Bentham developed an ethical theory focusing mainly on the empiricist account of human nature. Throughout his work, Bentham emphasized on various natural reports of law which claimed that liberty, rights, and so on exist independent of any form of government. As a result, Bentham proudly developed an early form of "legal positivism." Beyond such arguments, he maintained that putting the moral theory into a more consistent practice yield results in legal theory; thus the justification for social, political, and legal institutions (Parekh, Bhikhu 15).

Therefore according to my view regarding the ethics in political fallacy basing my idea on Bentham's argument on the moral philosophy, politicians should embrace ethical theory to practice justification in the politics however much they try to raise questions on ethical issues and also when using the logical fallacy to express their feelings.

Examples of logical fallacies made by Donald Trump and Hillary Clinton during the interviews are as follow; "I have great respect for people, for my family and also for the people of this country yet I'm not proud of it. For instance, Bill Clinton is a worse example for the country. Mine are words, and he was acting. Bill Clinton was what he did to women for being so abusive to them." Donald Trump fallacy comes out here because triumph was attacking his opponent's husband; Bill Clinton instead of answering the question posed to him on how he views and treats women (Santoso & Marella 69).

According to my view, this election has become conflict-oriented, so intense since there is a lot at stake. Thus, not an ordinary time an ordinary election. The president to be elected will set the policy of some of the crucial decisions to be made at home and around the world not for just four or eight years. It's one of the most insignificant and bizarre elections that we've ever had." Hillary Clinton (Santoso & Marella 65). In the argument above Hillary Clinton possess a fallacy showing her fear and false agency that the election was different as compared to others that had taken place.

Conclusion

In my view, I accept the idea of the political fallacy because the population a time regarded a politician who said a direct truth to be very inefficient when it came to the government. Again such government would be difficult to be accepted by people. Therefore a logical fallacy which is an indirect lie attracts the people to take the politician without many questions.
