Light pollution is misdirected, obtrusive, and excessive use of artificial light. Much use of light pollution has difficulties, which include: disruption of ecosystems has diverse health effects, it interferes with astronomical research, and waste energy and it wash starlight in the sky. Light pollution has a problem in human health in that light enters into our bodies and makes our bodies act as daytime. When malotonin is reduced in our bodies, there will be a risk of obesity and can develop a sleeping disorder. However, light pollution can affect plants and animals when there is artificial light. Some functions can be negatively impacted. In that, the darkness at night shows that at what time will the animals migrate, when to sleep, when to reproduce and when to hunt. Light pollution wastes resources, money, and energy. There is a waste of money to pay for waste energy and an effect on greenhouse gases.
The urban sky glow has an effect on light that is emitted upward or directly by luminaries or reflected from the ground is scattered by gas molecule and dust. Light trespass is caused by modernization and industrialization, and its effects are on the life of living organisms. There is a waste of energy resources when using valuable energy, excessive lighting in living space and paying more for the consumption of electricity. Others are the effect on human health, the effect on the ecosystem, effects on astronomy and atmospheric pollution.
Glare is when light enters your eyes and obstructs your vision some of the things that cause vision defects are age. When people became old, they tend to see halos and glare. The other cause is eye color has an effect on light sensitivity- those born with light-colored eyes have a significant advantage of glare and halos. The other refractive issues and eye disease are contributing to halos and glare the development of cataracts. Residential areas and large industrial causes light clutter.
When wearing sunglasses, it lowers the risk of skin cancer, reduced probability of cataracts, good long term eye health and decreased risk of macular degeneration. Sunglasses can't block out all light due to some up rays which are electromagnetic radiation that can be invisible to the human eye. It might be the best solution because it prevents those people who do welding, lasers and indoor tanning beds.
Urban planning and management need to be strengthened because light pollution is the main effect of it. It takes a lot of time for the urban town to develop because there are many of the resources that need to be put in place, capital, which is a lot of money and labor that are people who are doing that work. When urban has developed, light pollution should be regulated by treating before exposing it to the environment directly.
It is the best solution because the government needs to produce a lot of workforce and resources so that to complete the improvement. When the urban development, there will be more people who will be learned and will know all the sources, effects and causes of light pollution. Many will be educated on the ways to prevent light pollution, and there will be a solution and prevention of light pollution. Many people will get a job, and their living standards will improve. The resources will need more people to look for it, and they will get their sources of income, and there will be a reduction in unemployment.

In conclusion, light pollution should be prevented and controlled so that there will be no harm to human beings. The government should enact some laws to prevent light pollution. Also, the government should put measures and rules to govern people and those breaking the laws should be answerable.
