For instance, within Europe, women within the scientific fields take up to 29%, while within EU women take only 32% of the managers in various companies (GD, 2020). Additionally, the industry's financial state is affected, considering some of the women in the managerial positions may decide or forced by circumstances to leave the industry, yet more resources were spent through them. For instance, when an individual in the administrative position goes, a new employee will be required; thus, some training can be done on them, and this is costly in terms of cost and time. Improving the conditions, especially those of disabled and reduce discrimination, would improve their financial income. Some tourists are so definite and cannot visit areas that have been associated with discrimination in one way or another.
