Introduction
Employment security has become of the factors that affect most of the business organizations in the world. The analysis of the various outside sources provides succinct information about employment security. The relationship between public policies or laws is also analyzed based on the nature of the information provided by each outside sources. According to Zekic (2016), the notion of employment security is a complex concept that exists based on the adoption of dismissal law. Also, the complexity of the dismissal laws in most European countries and the United States of America have resulted in the formation of the policies that help employees in their jobs. Zekic (2016) also urges that the protection of employees from the inappropriate dismissals serve other interests and goals other than job security alone during the business operations. Also, Zekic (2016) mentions that the components of the legislation on protection from dismissal are not replaced by income or employment security. Further development of appropriate employment security must benefit all workers because the protection policies have been eroded in various business operations.

According to Votinius (2014), the risk-security framework is important in ensuring effective distribution of jobs among the youth. The national labor legislation is important because they promote the protection of the rights of all employees, especially young people. Fundamental social rights are important in ensuring employment protection because it represents the interests of the employees at various managerial levels in the organizations.
The attempts to promote employment securities in various business organizations have resulted in conflicts and misunderstandings between the employees and employers (Markovits, Boer, & van Dick, 2014). According to Markovits et al. (2014), economic crisis interferes with the efficacies of the public policies to ensure employment securities. National labor legislations have been reformed and adapted to minimize the causes of economic crises and sensitize people on the importance of employment securities in improving business performances (Markovits et al., 2014).

Public policy is current legislation established and implemented to promote the welfare and interests of ordinary people. According to Zekic, (2016), employment security is defined as the ability to protect workers from the fluctuations of income resulting from loss of a job. Public policy also reduces the crises between employees and employers because it provides understanding and unity. The application of the public laws guide all employees in their jobs; therefore, minimizing the cases of workplace errors that normally contribute to dismissal.

In conclusion, employment security is important in protecting the interests and rights of all employees in the business setting. Employment securities reduce the cases of economic crises in most parts of the world and improve the performances of business organizations. Government authorities should intervene and establish appropriate public policies that will effectively protect employees from job dismissals.
