If one is the manager, they have to have to build a good relationship with their employees so they must always communicate with them well. Also, good communication ensures that the employees can understand their roles and therefore perform them diligently. On the other hand, bad communication in the workplace leads to disagreements and disharmony. Consequently, this affects the performance of people hence the collapse of the company.

Besides, to sustain the relationship, one must relate one with their partners to understand each other.

In case you are running a business, the case is still the same as customers and employees need to be addressed in a good manner.
