Even though the team members have similar objectives, complementary skills and common goals the majority of them develop differences. Several ways can be used to solve these challenges (Wong & Matthews, 2018). One way is through people management. In most cases, people and interpersonal management have the assumption that proper management skills are done through training (Afifi, 2014). When proper training is conducted, then the glitches of smooth coordination will embrace thus reducing all miscommunications and misunderstandings.
