To categorize a specific nation for a variety of term such as developed, developing or even underdeveloped, the factor which is applied was basically following the respective economics status regarding per capita income, living standard and other factors. Developed nations have significant industrial growth, whereas third world countries rely on the developed nations for assistance to enhance their industries. Developed nation seem to enjoy a flourishing economy. Still, the developing nations start to experience the growth of the economy, and underdeveloped countries seem to encounter relatively weaker economic growth and extreme poverty.

The third world's countries are basically are characterized by various shortcomings. Such limitations include less awareness concerning issues relating to health, inadequate water supply, ineffective medical supply and relatively a higher birth rate. The most critical element in third world nations are factors such as poor nutrition. The nutrition is assessed in both the mothers and infants.

As a result of the great birth rate, the probability of natural illness in developing nations; therefore, the death rates are also actually. Underdeveloped nations that experience great death rate and health issues for their citizens because they lack in the field of consciousness and death. Developed nations are featured by a low death rate. There is normally, a small gap between two rates in developed nations are never characterized by shortcomings. They are we;-developed in all fronts and are served by various services such as educational instructional, adequate water supply among others. This is due to the fact that individuals are endowed with awareness regarding every element associated to human existence. The absence of shortcomings in the developed nation is possibly as a result of a low birth rate in these countries. Nutrition is available in plenty to mothers and infants in developed countries. The invisible of these factors was distinguishing the developing and underdeveloped country to the developed nation.

The initial feature of underdeveloped nations is regarding how human capital, offering the labour force to possess poor skills, those results in poor labour productivity.
