Introduction
Crime is an omission which inaugurates an offense that is subjected to judicial punishment. An individual who commits any form of crime, as stated by the law is regarded as a criminal. Criminal justice is the process of conveying justice to the criminals to rehabilitate the lawbreakers and also avert them from committing other crimes. Besides the delivery of justice, the victims are provided with moral support in due process.
Crime and justice are the significant elements associated with societies in present in respect to their way of cultural practice and beliefs. People from different social backgrounds tend to vary in their cultural traditions, thus differ in justification of criminal acts as well as the mode of response appropriate for a specific crime. Thus, comparative criminal justice and relative criminology attempt to curb the confusion and misjudgment amongst cultures.
Comparative criminal justice sifts and ascertains a national set up of justice concerning other countries, cultures, or even institutions. Mainly the comparative criminal justice entity provides a chronological method to assess the strongholds and weak points encountered while making a various approach towards crime, law, and justice. The ultimate institutions for the criminal justice system; police, prosecution, and the defense team, court, and prisons (corrections). Criminal justice involves the act of reviewing the legal system.
Comparative criminology involves the assessment and correlation crime occurrence among two or more different cultures. An attempt to clarify the reason for why a similar crime happens in various forms and still at different stages in a particular country versus the other. Criminology can also be expressed as the scientific scrutiny of crime, the reason for crime happening established, the response following the law and provide various ways of curbing corruption. Criminology, as a minority group in sociology and scientifically research social character. Besides, criminology is carefully conducted in focusing upon the criminal act as well as the procedure of making laws.
The international crime involves crimes that interfere with peace or security assurance between states. Also, international crimes are agreed upon by international agencies on how to assess and prosecute the criminals. An example of international crime is war crime or genocide, among others.
Transnational crime entails those crimes that primarily have a significant impact within a country and across boundaries. Mainly such crimes are associated with the supply of illicit goods, drug trafficking, human slavery, trading of stolen goods among many other crimes.
Due to an increase in international and transnational levels of crime in the U.S, a significant threat to the growth of the economy. It is a matter of the fact that these crimes can result in a disoriented and unpredictable global supply chain, thus rise in local crimes as well as fraud. Through triumphs initiative, a significant effect shall be identified even though not all sins shall be terminated since factors like advancement in technology make the world a global village in communication.
Triumph initiative to encourage business enterprises to hire former inmates would be useful since these people involve themselves in criminal acts due to idleness and lack of jobs. Issues of different cultures are automatically solved through globalization; thus, individuals in relating platforms aren't much affected by social backgrounds. Establishing a wall might be a fifty-fifty chance in curbing the crimes since personalities committing these crimes will not be limited by the wall as we have encountered various cases of deportation to individuals caught up executing these crimes, and yet levels of these crimes rise day today.
