First, art involves the application of the skills of an individual in the development of the product. In this case, there is the involvement of the experiences of an artist regarding the creation of specific forms of the final product. Such skills are nurtured through the progressive involvement of the artists in the artwork. Such involves the understanding of various aspects which when composed together in the artistic work will eventually result in the creation of an excellent artistic product. It is mainly because there are various aspects which an artist's need to understand to be proficient in the activity. They can include the colorations to be employed in the artwork. Such need to be well balanced about various features in the environment as well as the messages that are intended to be passed across by the artwork. Also, there are various landscaping features which an artist's need to keep in mind in the creation of a specific artwork of interest. They will then result in the production of an artwork that is full of well-balanced features aimed at making it lovable on the eyes of the intended viewers. However, photography only involves a skill of focusing the digital camera on a specific object of interest. In this case, the button is then pushed to capture the image of the object in a tap which is then reproduced to act as a replica of the original object captured in a specific period. There are no special skills like the ones employed in the formation of artwork by an artist. There are no such specialized skills as the balance of the colorations, the landscaping, as well as the application of the skills like the ones required in the artistic forms such as paintings as well as the drawings. Therefore, it can be concluded that photography cannot suffice to act as a form of art in the long run.

There is also the application of biases as well as imaginations and subjectivity in the creations of an artwork. In this regard, it is up to the artist to decide what to include in the creation of the artwork being processes. He can thus choose to alter some features of the drawing or painting being created such that it appears in a particular way. It can thus seem that the final product is the result of the imaginary applications to the art forms that result after that. There 8are some alterations which the artist can include in the product being designed followed by diametric destruction of the traces of its original forms, hence making the artistic product to remain as the only available firm of the object, making the viewers to remain with such a form and believing in assumption that it resembles its original form, even in the situations when it has been altered. However, photography can involve the capturing of the original object such that there are no distortions, hence making it unfit to fall under art.

For the case of the development of digital photography with creative possibilities for the alteration of the image during its making results to the progression of the activity of the photography. In this regard, such alteration [possibilities available on the final product makes the image captured to be altered in a particular way as per the creativity of the photographer. Hence, it contributes to the furthering of the activities involved in the photography while not sufficing the activity of photography to be termed as being under art because such feature additions cannot be manipulated as per the needs of the user.
