In the first meeting, the forming stage, the team members made introductory remarks, each member sharing their background information, interests, and expectation. Members were briefed on the objective and goals of the projects and their working areas in the project assigned work according to their areas of the profession, which to me was effective.

The next team was instrumental, the storming stage since, through the able leadership of the team leader, the participant understood their roles and responsibilities, was required to know how to work independently and together as a team and foster good communication skills during the work.

In the norming stage, the team was now set in motion since there was perfect coordination among the members. At this stage, members were working overwhelmingly in harmony, respecting each other's ideas or opinions and value their differences to meeting norms. They included punctuality, good communication, trust, cooperation, and hard work upholding these values at work.

The performing stage, our current stage is marked with very high levels of working coordination, with each team member determined and focused on meeting the team's goals and objectives. The adjournment stage, also the last stage, will have been through with our project and evaluating our lessons learned and solutions for a better project next time. In the event of a conflict, the team will sit down with the conflicting parties, find common ground, what both parties agree with and rebuild (Project Management Institute, 2017). In the best interest of the group, positions and verdicts or resolution to a dispute clarified to both parties to ease tension and promote cohesion.

Part II- Progress of Each Team Member and the Overall Team to Date

Jane Hazel

Editor and reporter, doing the analysis and editing of the information gathered, looking into a graphic to be used in the television presentation. So far, the initial stages of the story have been edited, enhanced and ready for presentation.

Patrick Smith

Camera operator and researcher, taking the necessary footages, and researching more information from the web and he is on with the job according to the reports received so far.

Hillary Brown

Unfortunately, the team have not heard from Hillary, inquiry has been made via the email and allot more will be done to know about his whereabouts.

Summary and Overall Team Progress

The team's progress to date is not satisfactory; the great requires a bit of motivation to enhance the cohesion and coordination as a group. Perhaps due to the poor communication that cropped into the group after each one dispersed, for instance, Patrick and Jane should be walking closer, but due to a conflicting view, they waste time negotiating.
