There have emerged an increase in the provision of insights concerning how brain developments take place and the effects relating to early events of the brain, according to Neuroimaging technologies (Budday, Steinmann III, & Kuhl, 2015). These technologies examples include; magnetic resonance imaging(MRI) which plays a most substantial part in making investigations on such developments taking place. The main aim of this paper is to provide a brief description of the undertakings that take place in human brain developments and sequential stages that are followed.
However, any area that tends receiving increasing attention relating to something mostly involves an effect of neglect and abuse on any developing brain. These effects happen typically during early childhood and infancy stage. Moreover, much of this research is providing biological explanations for what the practitioners have for an extended period describing in behavioral, emotional and psychological terms (Hair, Hanson, Wolfe, & Pollak, 2015). So there is now the presence of scientific evidence of a changed mind running as a result of neglect and early abuse. More so, the presence of an emerging body of knowledge organs has provided many insinuations for effective handling and anticipation of neglect and child abuse.
However, my argument is that, even though scientific researches have provided information concerning application of various measures relating to brain development, we have to be keen on the tools that are applied for the effective and efficient conclusion of considering them as perfect on their research( Buss et al. 2017). Further, the scientists should ensure that they have given us a vivid description of the appropriate procedures they have applied to come up with proper measure concerning brain development from early stages. According to my view about brain development, its first stage takes place during conception where there is the formation of cerebral tissues which later matures to become cerebrum. The first and foremost areas to fully develop are the midbrain and brainstem which are responsible for governing bodily functions that are necessary for life. The features are referred to as autonomic functions.
In conclusion, the brain being the most sophisticated organ, it can change in response to different kinds of situations. More so, this concept, in general, is known as neural plasticity, which is the ability of brain rewiring itself and make new connections within it. Everyone's mind is capable of adapting itself to an environment; thus the concept of neural plasticity is appropriate in children.
