United States of America system of intelligence is not colossal to manage because, its major objective is to gather, analyze and distribute intelligence and other data on potential terrorism and crime-related threats. The USA intelligence system has not gotten too big to control because at the tactical level, the system focuses on specific threats and drives the investigation and operations that often enhanced USA intelligence systems service productivity (Polson & Richardson, 2013). From the strategic perspective, combination of policies, strategies, and operations ensures its effectiveness as they attempt to recognize diverse patterns and trends and understand the big intelligence framework. The system has also proved not colossal to manage since they collaborate and communicate between themselves in order to effectively combine law enforcement data with other non-traditional data so as to rapidly establish and neutralize any threats before they happen.

The impact that the complex web of central states, local strategies and policies have on the overall effectiveness and success of the USA intelligence system is that it ensured promotion of intelligence-led policing throughout the country (Chen et al., 2012). The complex web ensured that there was little access by unauthorized personnel which secured diverse information that was meant for the country. It also had a bigger impact on both public and private resources as it facilitated the ability to use non-traditional methods to collect intelligence that was later combined with law enforcement information so as to produce valuable intelligence about any potential terrorism and criminal threats (Schoultz, 2014). The intricate websites for federal states, local policies and strategies enhanced crime prevention, detection, and response to terrorist and criminal activities that may affect both the USA and intelligence society. Complex web for the central states, local strategies and policies serves international and national crisis management by helping to detect the intensions of both current and potential opponents.

The addition of intelligence tools to the government has improved the overall achievement of the USA intelligence systems. The added intelligence system has embraced the system productivity and facilitates detection, prevention, and response to terrorist and criminal activities that may arise in the country (U.S. Department of Homeland Security, 2014). This has also improved the overall system achievement because of the vast exchange of intelligence and numerous data from several sources. Data will be recorded and analyzed to come up with prior strategies that will assist the state prevent and potential threat from terrorists and any other terror associated groups. Enhanced USA intelligence tools ensure efficiency and effectiveness in using resources, carrying out investigation and embracing the overall ability to fight terrorism and other related crimes.
