Gaze is a word that defines how observers involve with the optical media. The term originated in the film criticism and theory. Gazing symbolizes how people look at the visual depictions. The representations comprise of cinema advertisements and television programs. The film criticizers discuss the gaze they are denoting the 'male stare.' The 'masculine look' raises gaze's the sexual-political affairs and proposes a method of viewing that objectifies women and empowers men. In the man stare, females are visually regarded as the heterosexual 'objects' for fulfilling the strong desires. The women's erotic drives, feelings, and thoughts are usually less significant as men frame them as tools for satisfying sensual cravings (Berger 38).

Looking occurs before words. Seeing creates the people's place of living and their environment. There is an excellent relationship between what is observed, and the words said to describe it. Therefore, looking affects women and men on how they approach various life circumstances, that is how they love, work and even parent. In both cases, females and males want to have everything at their dispersal. When discussing success, ladies require a balance of having it all men, on the other hand, are interested in status for recognition, that is the symbolism of their worth such as the cars and house (Berger 215).

Men take flights while women fight. Females try to identify a problem and develop a practical approach to fixing the issue. Men tend to ignore a subject on arising; they find more natural techniques of forgetting the situation. At work, males and females react to conflicts differently. The ladies take the matter seriously than men. They report the concern to higher work levels for frustration, stress and tension management (Berger 214). Women also work harder at their working places than men. Usually, the men are the evaluators and women are the surveyed, ladies tend to submit to the manly look. This at the workplace causes women to get more favors than their fellow male workmates from the male superiors. That is ladies can use their 'sexual power' to fight their way up to success.

Women multi-task while men are laser-focused. Females are skilled in dealing with various tasks or solving different problems at the same time at about 70% more than males. This aspect is useful in homes and at the places of work, ladies ten to be more resourceful in some cases than their male counterparts. The gender difference can be affected by looking in that, a man (the assessor) on seeing a female (the surveyed) he tends to develop an erotic photographic mind towards what is seen. This rarely occurs to the ladies since they are the ones assessed (Berger 38).

Both sexes regret. The emotional experience is felt in both genders in case of a tragedy. However, the frequency is not the same, and the women feel remorse for the things they have done while men undergo guilt for the things they haven't done. When it comes to the male gaze discussion, the regret factor in both cases is explained that the men focus on the significance of seeing. Therefore, the substantial use to which image is positioned is of importance to the males (Berger 216).

There is a significant gap in the way women and men watch each other. However, there are cases of similarity in both cases. This influences their daily living. According to Berger, females appear and males act, ladies, watch themselves as men look at them. Thus, the relationship between men and women as well as amongst the women themselves is determined through staring. This explains the associations of the genders at various places such as the professional sectors, as the males are known to be surveyors of females who turn themselves into visual objects of men (Berger 38).
