Google's business strategy is to promote innovativeness that in turn helps to generate passive income. Even though Google has well-established they continuously push and invest in innovation that helps them meet clients' needs. As is in the case study google entitles its employees to work on independent projects which help stem innovations. With their goal to begin customer satisfaction, google has been to retain customers and attract new ones because of the effectiveness of their technology. Google's mission statement aligns with their business strategy because by prioritizing the customer they have attracted traffic to their products (Pineda, 2016).

Google allows for innovation and creativity by giving its employees freedom. Google's business strategy encompasses continually creating and maintaining complementary internet-related services and products. With this in mind, Google provides a work environment suitable for innovations by giving their employees the freedom to choose the computer they want and download programs and software of their choice. Secondly, the employees are given 20% of their working hours to concentrate on their areas of interest. More so, the employees are given a chance to pitch their ideas and receive feedback from their colleagues (Keri, Saunders, & Galletta, 2016).

Q.3 How does Google's organizational strategy support its business strategy?

Google's organizational structure pushes for the openness that aligns with their business structure. Google employees are required to share their projects with employees from another department (Pineda, 2016). All ongoing projects are made accessible to every employee via the company's intranet. By having open systems, employees are able to pitch in ideas on different projects thus speeding up the innovation process. Secondly, Google's organization strategy values smart employees regardless of their work experience. They have a policy that new employees have to be smarter than one of their employees. By valuing what an individual can contribute to their organization Google are able to employee innovator thus increasing innovation.

Porter has three generic strategies that include segmentation strategy, differentiation strategy, and cost leadership strategy. Google uses the differentiation strategy to gain a broad market scope over their competitors. Differentiation of products or services calls for unique attributes of the products that stand out for customers and they build customer trust compared to other products from competitors. Google created an easy-to-use interface, unlike its competitors. Moreover, in their mission statement, Google aims to serve the world at large thus showing the have broad market scope. Using the differentiation strategy Google created Adwords for the advertiser who has a particular target group. Using the strategy Google made it easy to create an ad text and enables users to manage and make payments.

Q.5 Analyze Google's strategy and the type of market disruption it has created using a dynamic environment perspective

Google persistently works to find a better way to serve the client that has given them a competitive advantage. Through low costing and never stopping to innovate productively, they have been able to maintain consistency in the market. Google has positioned itself to provide speed when dealing with customers they ensure they provide in real-time without delays (Keri, Saunders, & Galletta, 2016). Google has transformed the market from how they prioritize their customers to how they value their employees. With the goal of satisfying their customers, Google shifted the cost of using their products to service provides more than the customers. Furthermore, they provide conducive working conditions for their employee by giving them the freedom that helps promote creativity and innovativeness.
