Introduction
As people grow, ages tend to exceed, shrinking of bones in terms of density and size takes place too. Shrinking causes an effect on bones in that it weakens them and thus making them more vulnerable to fissure. One during this time may even become shorter. Loosing of strength, flexibility, and enduring by muscles is also experienced, which are the main factors that tend to affect one's stability, coordination, and even balance. The main aim of this paper is to make a view of different changes that take place in the body of an individual he/she becomes old.
Some of the Pathological Risks
However, there are different pathological risks that older individual's experience. These risks are mostly due to their immunity status when we make consideration of their Health. Let's takes an example of a group of five older adults, two out of them usually experience a mental problem which includes; schizophrenia, the anxiety of depression (Burns, Steven, & Lee, 2016). Men having 85 plus years tends to have a high suicide rate as compared to other age group members. There is an expectation of having a double amount of five million with older adults having substance problems.
Social Factors Affecting Adult's Ability to Achieve Wellness
Moreover, social factors that affect older adult's ability to achieve wellness include; the ageists beliefs, attitude, and stereotypes actions. The aged take responsibility for having different perspectives and ideas towards something. Secondly is social isolation where individuals are not considerate of the nature and status of these older adults. Social isolation can be in terms of minimal quality relationship or else engagement with other societal individuals. Advanced Practice Nurses do Promote Health in the Above Group
Further, nurses take a vital role in ensuring that older adults groups have advanced medication. They promote public Health in society (Bonder & Dal Bello-Haas, 2017). They need have to multi-disciplinary experience and knowledge relating to health promotion in their nursing practice. Thus the effective way of handling these aged individuals.
Agencies Supporting National Health Promotion Agenda for Environmental Health
To finale, agencies relating to the National promotion agenda of environmental Health include; Government agencies, Federal agencies, etc.

Leading agency to apply in cases of older adults is government agency since there will be an efficient provision of the relevant resources to them, they will be taken care in terms of Health.
