An increase in the level of globalization makes companies set business opportunities in other nations. With the increased level of business in different nations, such nations get to create employment opportunities for the locals and the society as a whole. It, therefore, shows that people will have the opportunity to get a better job without necessarily having to move to other nations in search for such jobs (Smith, 2018). For example, multinational companies such as the Microsoft, Toyota, and Google have their business in nations such as India where many Indians have a chance to secure themselves employment opportunities for themselves. It, therefore, shows that, without globalization, it is true that most of the Indians could not manage to afford such opportunities for themselves

The increased in the level of globalization makes people move to other nations freely in search of better education. The above process has resulted in the integration and assimilation of different cultures. For instance, most of the Japanese and the European nations such as the Siemens and the Kawasaki had better opportunity to produce their high-speed trains in a nation such as in China. With the interaction and the possible system of free trade, the Chinese managed to borrow the new knowledge and skills that could help them succeed in the ever-growing economy.

The increased level of globalization has enhanced the free flow of information from one place to the next. The increased level of information from one nation to the next makes the world a small and united body. Similarly, through globalization, individuals can access information from one entity to the next including from organization to the next. Extinction by the Smaller Firms

Increased level of globalization makes the smaller firms in the developed and the developing nations to face extinction due to an increased level of competition (Collins, 2015). Such small-scale firms find it difficult to compete for larger firms from the developed nations. For instance, the bamboo firm in India has faced extinction from the larger firms such as the IKEA.

In conclusion, globalization has several advantages and associated disadvantages. Some of the major advantages of the globalization include the increased level of free trade of services and products. It also results in the creation of the employment opportunities and an improved educational system.
