Introduction

I would administer it as a registered program that should be supervised. I would design, develop, and implement it based on the interest of the municipality residents. The residents should register and commit to attending the lessons (Landes, 2008). The lessons would focus on the learning and development of the skill. I would look for tennis court locations available and book for the camps. The court plays a vital role as it provides a space for the members to attend the lessons. Having enough space would help to accommodate the participants in the program. I would book the most suitable courts for young individuals aged between six and twelve years to use it for tennis camps.

Role of Grant Support to the Direct Delivery Model

The grant support would help me to acquire resources in the direct delivery model (Bello, 2016). The program requires rackets and balls, but they are not available. The grant would help to purchase rackets and balls for use during the tennis camp. Since the budget is tight and can only cover the cost of one coach, the grant can provide support in hiring more coaches temporarily. Additional coaches are likely to improve the outcome by reducing the ratio of coaches to young individuals attending the tennis camp. Coaching would assist children to learn, refine as well as mastering the tennis skills. With an increased number of coaches, it becomes easier to identify the strengths and weaknesses of the children and assist where necessary. The grant would also help to hire qualified staff to develop a lesson program curriculum for the program (Landes, 2008). The curriculum would focus on assisting the children in learning tennis skills. It would also focus on supporting children in nurturing and honing the skills. I would use all the available resources at my disposal for direct delivery of the program.

Administration of the Program Through a Partnership

I would administrate this service depending on the type of partnership. I would opt for the delivery program type of partnership. The partnership would choose tennis courts in different locations. Courts with suitable conditions for children aged between six and twelve years would be selected. The municipality ought to provide support to the recreation activity by granting the permit to the use of recreation facilities (St.Catharines, n.d). The availability of resources is critical to program delivery. The partners would identify the available resources for use during the tennis camps. Some of the supplies include balls, rackets, and qualified staff to facilitate the program. Since the resources are inadequate, the partners would deliberate on different ways of providing them. Lack of enough resources may hamper the delivery of the program. It is also possible to combine efforts in the provision of the necessary resources. After ensuring that everything is ready for successful program delivery, the partners would focus on mobilization. Mobilizing residents would help to increase community participation ((St. Catharines, n.d). Other necessary steps include registration of members to participate in the tennis camp.

Important Considerations to Be Agreed Upon in Terms of the Partnership

The factors to be agreed upon include the type of partnership, rights and obligations, activity, program location, partner roles, timelines, and benefits. There are different types of partnerships, and therefore it is crucial to agree on the one involved in the program delivery (Landes, 2008). Every partnership ought to state the rights and obligations of each partner. Doing so helps to avoid a breach of the contract. Each party has a role to play in the project. It is vital to agree on the mandate of each partner in the entire activity. Deciding and agreeing upon the exercise helps to achieve objectives and goals. The choice of location is essential to the successful delivery of the program. Partners ought to decide on the site where camps would take place. Specifying the timelines and completion dates aids in making the necessary arrangements (O'Reilly & Brunette, 2013). Since the program takes place during spring and summer, there is a need to agree on specific dates for different activities. Agreements should also be made on how the program would benefit children and the community as a whole.

How to Administrate the Fit With the Delivery of the Tennis Camp

I would administrate this to fit with tennis camps by ensuring that the partners read from the same script in program delivery. The activities would be designed to enable the children to learn and refine their skills. They would be included in the curriculum to ensure children undertake them. The roles of partners should align with the objectives of the tennis camps for young people. Their roles and responsibilities should entail facilitating program delivery (O'Reilly & Brunette, 2013). Adequate time should be set to provide an ample opportunity for the children to learn and polish their tennis skills. The entire project should offer benefits to children and society.

Administration of Hiring and Placement and Value to the Program in Terms of Volunteers

Hiring and placement of volunteers to the program would follow a specific procedure. I will advertise for volunteer opportunities. The advertisement would be made through different communication channels, and social media would be the main channel (Whitehorse City Council, 2010). I would also make personal contact through referrals. The adverts would have a description of the volunteers needed in the program. Some of the descriptions include mission, project, tasks, skills, setting, schedule, and commitment, among others. The project should have a goal that aligns with the mission. Once the volunteers are found, it is necessary to arrange for the interviews. Screening the volunteers is essential to ensure they meet the qualifications (Whitehorse City Council, 2010). It is also crucial because it provides an opportunity for hiring the best. The best volunteers can help in saving money, offering the best service through their expertise and increase the contact with the broader community. The interview would also help to know what different volunteers can contribute to the program. Embracing diversity assists in selecting a wide range of diverse volunteers (St.Catharines, n.d). The ones with knowledge, skills, and expertise necessary for program delivery would be hired. Their qualifications and contribution should resonate with the objectives and goals of the program.

Provision of Revenue/And or Products and Services for the Camps

The sponsorship can support the program through direct financial input, provision of products, or services (Bello, 2016). Sponsors that include individuals and organizations can donate financial resources to support the tennis camps for young people. However, they consider various factors such as the model of the program, the presence of any existing plan for revenue generation, and community outreach, among others. The sponsors use these considerations in determining the amount of money to give for the activity. Some of the funds can be used to purchase equipment for the event. The sponsors can also provide products for sale such as sports shoes and other attires that reflect both the brand and the program (O'Reilly & Brunette, 2013). Selling such products would help to generate revenue. Sponsorship can also assist in raising revenue through different services. They can decide to offer a service where people pay at a certain fee. The amount of money collected as a fee could be used to support the program.
