Jenny did not intend to go for the fashion week during the winter of 2017. Early in the year, Jenny had gained more pounds which did not suit her modeling career. Additionally, her beauty began fading away as she grew older. "Darling I need to get in touch with Fiona for the upcoming fashion week." Jenny said, "Is Chris is too young to be left behind in this cold winter under the care of his father?" She smiled as she coyly approached her husband. Derik was a well-built man, six feet tall and had a baby face. He did not have enough skills for babysitting their son. "I will be busy as well," Derik said jokingly as he laughed, "I need to finish writing my book, go with him to New York." He always looked for reasons to evade nursing Chris.

"You know I am not good with Chris at times!" Derrick exclaimed. He loved it when Jenny was around because she made good food and did the cleaning. "I will have to pack my clothes in the small bag. I love it when I go away for a week or two," Jenny said as she reached some of her clothes from the closet (O'Connor, 1). She was afraid that it may take longer than expected to participate in the Fashion Week. Moreover, she did not like the buzzing noise in New York and had hardly spent more than necessary time there. Jenny was a simple country girl who believed in a quiet and rustic lifestyle spent predominantly at home. Nonetheless, she maintained her modeling career with the intentions of collecting enough capital to start her own business.

"I wish we could go as a family, Jenny said, "I love it when I enjoy myself with the both of you. New York is much fun during this time because persons from different states gather for the fashion week." She was adamant to go for the fashion week because of her son and husband. Jenny knew that leaving them behind will because Derrick could have more difficulties than he could handle with the baby (O'Connor, 1). "Honey, no worries, we always acquire fun when you are gone." Derik said, "Last month we went to visit my sister and went to their museum. We never missed you at all."

The following morning, Jenny headed for the Subway and boarded a train headed for New York City. She did not intend to spend more than two weeks away from her family. She wished the two weeks would elapse quickly so that she could return home. Jenny arrived in New York in the evening and made the first call to Derik because she always wanted her husband to know about her whereabouts. The city was also too busy for her, with flashlights all over the streets and cars consistently moving from one direction to the other. It seemed as though the city never went to sleep. Her rustic lifestyle soon overwhelmed her as she made a phone call to Fiona for more directions inside the city. "Hi, I am already in the city. I cannot wait to have fun," said Jenny as she inquired about Fiona's whereabouts. "Hi," Fiona replied with excitement, "Do not move a muscle, I will come pick you up."

When Fiona arrived, she convinced her to go for dinner and later to the bar as they told each other nasty stories. They finally retired to their restaurants at midnight. In the hotel, everything seemed familiar to Jenny as though she had been there before. "I love how this place looks, everything is so elegant and well furnished," Jenny said. "You know how I like it, elegant just for the ladies away from home," Fiona said as she laughed. Fiona quickly settled into the room and went for long hot bathe just to unwind from the tiresome journey.

Jane had a terrible night since she consistently worried about Chris and Derrick. In the morning she made another call just to ascertain as to whether she would head back to her family Boston and abandon the Fashion show. "Darling, how is he doing," Jenny said on the phone. "Very fine, I hope you can hear him play in the background," Derrick said, "Come home soon." She realized that her family needed her more than her modeling career.

Conclusion

After dressing up, Fiona and Jenny went to Skylight Clarkson Square to for funny modeling makeup in preparation for the night show. "I love the fun that comes with modeling," Jenny said, "I hope the makeup and dresses are pitchy this time around." You will definitely love them," Fiona explained cheekily "Every girl loves the fir finishing, which forms the main theme for this winter collection. " That winter, jenny successful participated in the Fashion Week show even though her mind often withdrew for home. After the two busy weeks, Jenny and Fiona went back to their homes.
