In this case, it is crucial to check on the drug to drug interaction or prescription to nutrient interaction since this might have overlooked hence worsening the patient's condition.

From this discussion, it is evident that the patient possesses different symptoms that can be mistaken, and it appears that this has been the case, hence the best way to make sure that the patient is helped.
