The government of Canada broadcasted speech from the throne on 4th December 2015, on what to work on under the leadership of Prime minister, Justin Trudeau. The speech had five main components that the Canadian government has tried to achieve. The components of the speech are; growth for middle class, open and transparent government, a clean environment and a strong economy, diversity, security, and opportunity(Johnstone,2017). The government of Canada has been able to maintain a clean environment and a strong economy to date. The economy of this government has expanded due to the presence of a clean environment.

The Government of Canada has made strategic efforts to ensure the environment is clean. The leaders keep the price in carbon to curb air pollution from the industries. New environmental assessment processes are there to ensure that the environment is not polluted. The Pan-Canadian framework on clean growth and climatic change has outlined measures to reduce pollution. The government and the citizens work hand in hand to curb the harsh Northern climate by building hospitals, roads, and schools to live a quality life. Leaders ensure that there is no water pollution to avoid illnesses that make the citizens sick in a way that they cannot work to enhance economic development.

The government of Canada has created Canada's cleaner fuel standard(Blanchfield,2017). This project has ensured that the industries and vehicles use cleaner fuels to reduce the emission of harmful gases that pollute the environment. This project has also reduced the emission of harmful gasses from the greenhouse which pollutes the environment. Therefore, emission of harmful gases has reduced, thereby ensuring there is a clean environment. The government has also invested a lot of money to make electric vehicles which will not use fuel; rather they can be charged hence no harmful emission from petrol and other harmful fuels. It has also introduced vehicles that would use alternative gases like hydrogen and natural gas which are not harmful when emitted to the environment.

The government of Canada has made strategic efforts to ensure the economy of the state is stable. It has made strategic investments in improving technology that enhances high productivity in business. Improved technology led to the creation of better infrastructure. Better roads help the businesses to run smoothly because transportation of goods and services is easier. The state has a clean environment with fewer taxes on business which has helped the small business to grow and improve trade.

A strong economy in Canada has attracted foreign investors who invest in the country. Trade has expanded due to the investments creating a huge market for goods and services. The country has become more industrialized producing more goods for import and export. These goods get to market from other countries hence making Canada earn more revenue and its economy to be strong.

The government of Canada has maintained good relations with other countries which they engage in business with. The Canadians have gained business skills and ideas from other countries and used the skills to enhance business in their countries. Good relations have also made the country gain more areas for exporting and importing the commodities they need. The country has improved the health facilities for its citizens, and therefore there are minimal deaths. The citizens live a healthy lifestyle and work hard in their businesses.

The government of Canada has maintained gender balance in the leadership of various organizations and companies. Gender equality has resulted in equity in accessing jobs whereby the largest part of the Canadian population has jobs to do. The rate of unemployed has reduced since December 2015, because of gender balance. Both male and female workers in different organizations to earn income. The GDP of the country has raised due to the availability of job opportunities.

Canada has strongly funded the health facilities in their state. Better healthcare has been the reason for a healthy and strong country. Both the middle class and high-class citizens can afford better health facilities and even maternal care. The rates of death in the country has reduced, and the economy of the country stabilize due to better health care for all citizens. The Canadians can access better education facilities. Children in this state acquire the quality education that enables them to be professionals in different fields. The skills they gain from school enable them to work in different departments in the country hence improving the economy of the country. The government of Canada pays its employees well, and therefore there are few chances of brain drain.

The Canadian government has banned various drugs that are abused by people in the country. The youths in the country smoke tobacco and use cannabis drugs a lot hence getting sick. The country has imposed high taxes on tobacco and cannabis making them very expensive. This has helped to reduce the number of youths who get addicted and lost in drugs. There are also various organizations that educate the youth on the dangers of abusing drugs. They advise them to engage in activities that will be beneficial to them and also improve the economy of the country.

The government of Canada has supported its cultural heritage and diversity(Heritage,2017). This is an important sector in the economy of Canada because the country earns revenue from it. There are cultural, artistic and heritage activities that bring the community together at workshops and theatres, whereby the local people and tourists learn about their culture and history.

Canada has also protected the marine life, nature parks, and wild spaces. These are important assets that help the country gain income. Southern Ontario in Canada's far North has a beautiful landscape that is a gift to all. People from various countries visit the place to see the beautiful scenery. It attracts tourists who bring revenue to that part of the country. Canada also protects marine life. At the Canadian Pacific, there is St Lawrence sanctuary which the whales are kept. They are fed and protected from threats.

The government of Canada has achieved the aim of a clean environment and a strong economy. The environment is taken care of by burning emission of harmful gasses from the industries and greenhouses. The charges imposed on any organization that emits carbon in the air has made most industries to stop emitting the harmful gases in the air. Moreover, the creation of a cleaner fuel standard has also helped to reduce the emission of harmful gases in the environment. Therefore, the government of Canada has succeeded in maintaining a clean environment.

The government of Canada has also succeeded in maintaining a strong economy. According to the current rating of the state's GDP, the economy of that state is stable. Due to advanced technology in the country, there is good infrastructure. The Canadians have better houses, better health care services and good communication networks unlike before(Marland,2017). The roads in the country are smooth, meaning the transportation network is good.

In Canada, the businesses are stable, and they do well unlike other countries. Therefore, the reduction of taxes on businesses enabled the most business to thrive and the economy of the country to be stable. Soo many investors have invested their money in Canada because the businesses do well there. The government has also managed to have a stable economy because of the good relations with other countries. Canada has good relations with developed and industrialized countries which they interact in business.

The government of Canada has maintained gender balance in leadership and the workforce. There is a stable economy because both male and female workers to earn a living. The rate of unemployment in Canada is very low because there is no gender imbalance(Shade,2016). There is no brain drain in Canada for they offer jobs to their students unlike other countries with the low economy.

The government of Canada has a strong economy as it is evident in their health facilities. The country is stable in that it can provide quality health services and maternal care for their citizens. The rates of deaths due to poor health services has reduced since 2015. The country is also able to provide quality education to their children. This enables them to become professionals. This explains the reason why the dependency rate in Canada is low.

In conclusion, the component of the speech of December 4th,2015 that was broadcasted by the prime minister Justin Trudeau, that the government has to maintain a clean environment and a stable economy has been achieved to date. Canada is one of the countries that have the stable economy in the world(Bokyo,2017). The stable economy is as a result of the favorable working conditions and a conducive environment of working.
