Introduction

The current political climate in Texas will impact the chances of winning of the senatorial election. The relationship between the local government and the people is combined to form both stability as well as the different instants of tension that may result in dramatic changes (Scott 1). To be more specific, the political climate of the local government always differ depending on the opinion of people about different aspects such as the rights and responsibility of people, the obligations to the government and then the limit that it has to the governmental authority. From the records, there are 4.8 million Hispanics who are the eligible voters which is equal to 28% of the Texas legal voters. One-third which is 32% of the Hispanic voters is between the age of 18 and 29, and this is similar to the Latinos who are legitimate voters within the age range. Among Hispanics legible voters, 16% have the American citizenship, which is less than 25% of the Hispanic legal voters. However, from the statistics it has been proved that Republicans occupy a significant percentage as per the following graph;
