The citizens are allowed to move freely and lawfully in every place in the country. This bill also advocates for protection from the government to its citizens in the country (Simpson, 2016). Additionally, the law also protects the citizens who are outside their borders. The article states that No man shall be compelled to maintain any religious without his consent. On the other hand, nobody was allowed to interfere with the right of the conscience in the matters of religion. The policy also advocates that there should be no preference made on issues concerning faith or any mode of worship in the country.

Freedom of speech and Press Liberty is a policy of Texas State of section Eight. The system allows all citizens to speak, write, publish, and share opinions in the State freely (Stein, Scribner, & Brown, 2013).
