This law qualifies to be civil liberty because it protects the citizens from government harassment from Freedom of movement in and out of their country. The citizens are allowed to move freely and lawfully in every place in the country. This bill also advocates for protection from the government to its citizens in the country (Simpson, 2016). Additionally, the law also protects the citizens who are outside their borders. The civil liberty provides all the citizens with an opportunity to express their desires and opinions concerning their desertification around their society. The Freedom of Sovereignty also provides all the citizens with a chance to hire their grievances without any fear or favor.

Texas Supreme Court Ruling on the Freedom of Sovereignty

The Texas incident on Freedom of Sovereignty can be related to a lawsuit between the Masterpiece Versus Colorado. The ruling directed the firm from making cakes for the wedding couples. This directive was made due to the hostility of the Colorado Commission on the gay worship (Childers, 2012). The ruling made in the Supreme Court was against the first bill on the Freedom of Sovereignty of the State. The Freedom of Sovereignty allows all the citizens to worship in their religion of choice. All individuals, therefore, are allowed to exercise their religious practices freely without fear or favor.

Masterpiece Cakeshop is specialized in baking cakes to its customers in the market. The firm offered its services to a customer without fear or favor. On the other hand, the Colorado commission was against the company idea of providing services to a gay's religious wedding. This was seen as an injustice to the wedding couples by both the Supreme Court and Colorado civil rights commission systems. However, this decision made by the Supreme Court was seen as a violation of the rights of the gay's community. All citizens have the Freedom to religion and wedding practices (Childers, 2012). Colorado Civil Rights Commission violated the first bill of United States liberty on Freedom of Sovereignty to its citizens.

Discussion on the Texas Policy on the Freedom of Sovereignty

Texas State has developed various policies that control the Freedom of Sovereignty in the State. Freedom of Worship is one of the policies in section six of Texas laws. According to the theory, all men and women have a right to worship in whatever religion on their choice (Stein, Scribner, & Brown, 2013). The article states that No man shall be compelled to maintain any religious without his consent. On the other hand, nobody was allowed to interfere with the right of the conscience in the matters of religion. The policy also advocates that there should be no preference made on issues concerning faith or any mode of worship in the country.

Freedom of speech and Press Liberty is a policy of Texas State of section Eight. The system allows all citizens to speak, write, publish, and share opinions in the State freely (Stein, Scribner, & Brown, 2013). The plan also forbids any laws to be made with the sole purpose of suppressing the liberty of speech and press. However, in matters of persecution of the media, serious investigations will be carried out, and evidence will be brought for proper clarifications. After all the facts and evidence have been collected, the jury shall be in a better position to deliver a ruling on the press condition.
