Firstly, one of the major advises that I would give to myself concerning effective teamwork and collaboration is that proper teamwork is not only good for the group but individuals too. This is because working as a team enables individual members to work together while maximizing their strengths. In lines to this, therefore, the efficiency of the team will be boosted because a collaborated working environment leads to increased productivity.

Another advice I would give to myself is that in the process of a collaborated teamwork, there will be increased creativity during the learning process. This is because learning with others in a team will make me gain different perspectives as well as learn new insights.
