Introduction

Social justice has been a front position in everyday life in the United States. It has a religious doctrine background and hence, it is concerned with human rights concepts and equality. However, this involves equal allocation of resources, fair treatment for everyone, individual`s opportunities from different activities, freedom from restrictions, equal distribution of wealth, social privileges, living in peace and the self-determination right. An individual may involve in actions, which condemn diversity and limit the right of other people while practicing freedom from certain restrictions. Therefore, this may be termed as unlawful as it is conflicting to the well-being of the entire society.

Moreover, in the United States, social justice is widely linked to the political arena. In America, today`s society, every one of us has a personality that outlines how we view ourselves and others. Also, there are numerous forms of social justice and diversity in our country today to be discussed, which are: race, education, gender, age, religion and nationality among others.

To discuss but a few of these forms, the race is one of the forefront social justice issue of the United States' conscious. The ongoing activities in this country show the essential need to address the issue of race in every social perspective. It is well understood that numerous races of people across different countries live in America. However, over the years, individuals have come up with social movements that aim at curbing any form of racism. For example, America was headed by President Obama, who is an African by origin. This implies the trust by among other races in this country. Although there the legal framework is common across every race, there is diversified culture, economic, linguistics, and ethnicity. Therefore, there is a need to bring these diversities to common attention to ensure that no form of social injustice may occur.

Secondly, physical education issues as far as social justice and diversity are concerned. Recently, there has been greater improvement in terms of education quality as compared to previous centuries. Putting into consideration that the population has increased over the years, the government has put in place measures such as constructing numerous efficient and structural institutions to accommodate the student population, thus ensuring an effective education system. California is a good example to have achieved this. Moreover, most schools include youths with any physical disability in this curriculum. Later, there are tremendous options in terms of job opportunities even after post-secondary education.

Our last point to discuss social justice types is gender. In the previous centuries, gender inequality used to be an order of the day, the most common one being gender violence on women. Recently, several measures have been taken by both the government and individuals to curb this practice. These measures include enacting and implementing laws so that violence against women is highly punished, ensuring equal payments for both men and women, equal employment terms for both genders, setting more proportion for women in parliament and promoting different empowerment ideologies by women to promote education and their professional development. Also, there has been set a special day to celebrate a girl child. This is done every year. This ensures a society that is social.

Conclusion

In conclusion, diversity and social justice issues cannot be neglected in any society. Therefore, to enhance equality and justice in any society, these forms of social justice must be put into practice. The United States has thrived in this section due to its effort to put more weight on these societal issues.
