Program Description
The soccer program for the children of age 8 to a5 years is necessary for the children's principles of management, introduction into sports and wellness as well as physical education. The soccer program is not limited since it has officiating rules and duties, requires coaching and well as thorough practices. As a result, children gain the sports psychology and become player mentality helping the children to understand the mindset of the program through the coaching and mentoring for the future career in sports.
Children can gain wellness experiences through the soccer program that requires them to have the best nutrition, have first aid skills, can prevent injuries and well as understanding the physiology of the sport. The soccer coach, therefore, has to have the teaching kids that the children adapt to during the training sessions. Since the soccer coaches are just some organizers, they have to know the basics of the fitness, sports diet and the types of injuries are subjected to and how to handle the injuries. As a result, the program improves children's body physicality, mental stability and dietary knowledge best for the soccer program.
The soccer program provides the best recreational activities for the children hence developing their skills in leadership and mental health as well as physical health. The soccer program also combines skills for the children's wellness as it puts together the fun and relaxation the children require. Also, through competitions, children develop the winning mentality which is essential for their performance in school.
The soccer program for the children depends on the children completion of the program. Since the purpose of the program is to ensure recreation management for the children and develop their sports career in the future, they have to be prospective and accomplish the set targets of the program. Therefore, there is a need for the administrators and coaches to work hand in hand with the children's team with the youthful coaching enthusiasm that is perfect for the wellness and recreation of the children. As a result, the children develop the understanding of the soccer sports hence loving it and becoming better to interact with others as well as mentor their peers. With respect with how children perceive their coach, they develop the interaction skills and may decide to continue with the soccer enjoyment.
Program Plan
Session Objectives: The session aims at refreshing and recreating children through the renewal of their health and spirits by enjoying and relaxing during the soccer sessions. The session objective is also to refresh children's mind and body through the enjoyable and joyful activities that strengthen the spirit and emotions of the children. Therefore, during these session children will thus be able to be involved in the enjoyable playing activities that instill passion and enjoyment that is critical for their recreation. Children will also be able to develop the necessary skills that support their physicality and wellness during the training and the improvement plans laid down. Also, the life skills of children will improve through the soccer program objectives.

Children changes to the training kids
14:10hr-15:00hr Physical training (children are involved in drilling activities)
A boundary with four cones established helps children to perform the actions each child with a soccer ball. The coach demonstrates trapping the ball as the children watch. Emphasis focuses on keeping the heads up as children jog and dribble.
Kick and Dribble activities with five children
The 15 children are a group in five players with each group with two soccer balls. The spot markers are used to indicate where the pitches stand. The children roll the ball as they dribble as they kick back to the pitcher. The pitcher then traps the ball, dribbles, and kill the second ball towards the fielders. Each child must catch the ball and pass it to the fellow child who needs the ball to be given to him. Every child has to move the ball at least once to the pitcher and towards the spot marker.
Saturday
16:00hr-17:00hr The Mini Soccer Game
The coach organizes the children into two groups following the soccer setting of the miniature version. Each group is given one soccer ball and use cones as goals. The groups face against each other in the playing field. The coach also organizes the children into defensive and offensive strategies for the team to maneuver around each other and score goals.
