The massive increase in nursing online training is one of the significant current issue influencing the field of nursing, whereby university has increased on online courses and offer programs in the nursing industry which provide RN to BSN degrees. Such agendas promise job security and higher earnings for career RNs (Barsanti et al., 2017). These affect them where younger nurses who are more educated are enrolling in healthcare. Therefore, registered nurses and nurse leaders should take online courses and get RN to BSN degrees so that their job will be secured, and they will get higher education; these will help them to play a role in changing healthcare.
Secondly, nurses need technology experts, whereby information technology has increase patient satisfaction, decreases the total of paperwork for the nurses to perform where they are outside the room, and reduce clinical errors (Hagger, Ellis, & Strumidlo, 2016). Registered nurses should use a variety of driven in data, be able to perform jobs in healthcare. These include smart beds for vitals for patients and Electronic Health Records for tracking the health history of the patient.
Worsening of physical conditions is decreasing jobs for nurses; the more nurses suffer damages due to underprivileged corporal working conditions, nurses have to keep patients safe and away from harm (Barsanti et al., 2017). Nurses suffer injuries when they move patients from A to B, where they have to take time off or leave from sides of the bed when they are together. registered nurses should enhance the conditions physically on the nurses with the advanced technology that reduce the like hood of the injuries in the workplace and improve the interprofessional communication that will make nurses and patients comfortable in the healthcare facilities.

Being able to understand the difference in gender, age, and ethnicity will help the group trust and respect for one another. It will also help in the creation of an equitable cultural workplace where it adopts policies and procedures to meet the needs of each person in healthcare (Asamani et al., 2016). Group creation in nursing develops a sound strategy to identify the challenges and barriers of people. In these, nurses should be able to locate and espouse the roles and responsibilities of each member of the group, which will help to reduce feeling overwhelmed.
Management of Conflicts in Healthcare Deliberating the situation with an objective patient or friend when having a conflict. These will help to clarify the matters and needs, seek guidance and response when dealing with the condition. Nurses ought to plan on strategies on what to say and write down, think it through so that they can be able to manage conflict in healthcare facilities (Sin, & Bliquez 2017). In addition to this, they should also engage in one on one communication which will be very useful because it will allow an active exchange of information. These will give an opportunity to make use of greeting, eye connection, smile, and hand gesture.
The ability to express one feeling allows them to say what's on their mind; this helps in expressing what is needed and what they want. Don't engage in backstabbing or gossip and avoid troublemakers. Nurses in healthcare are supposed to prevent conflicts by facing conflict in an appropriate manner, which will lead to better relationships, a productive working environment, and empowerment (Sin, & Bliquez 2017). Also, they should minimize conflict at work by developing a good relationship with co-workers, be sociable and friendly and get to know people, because everyone has different priorities and needs and comes from different cultural backgrounds.

Transactional leadership in nursing is where nurse leaders provide punishments or rewards to the employee after they have completed their tasks (Asamani et al., 2016). Nurses in leadership should motivate the employees both in discipline and awards, and they should also focus on the excellent performance of the healthcare facilities and give the best they can.
For the success and quality of healthcare, nurses in leadership should be servants in HealthCare, where they will look after those who take care of patients and work hard to gain favorable outcomes. They should provide individual attention to their needs and ask if the employees need any help so that they can proved the help they will need (Asamani et al., 2016). They should also be active listeners, build community and persuade others. These will help in great decision making, clear communication among the staffs and suggest a healthy working environment for the employee and the health care at large.
Visionary leadership is where leaders are concerned about the future of their workers, whereby they direct the members on what they need to achieve for the coming years. Nurse leaders need to motivate the employee to chase and share a mutual target and visions by guiding them on where they will go and what to do with suitable procedures on how to reach there (Asamani et al., 2016). Nurse leaders have to be smart, interchange information to provide knowledge to the subordinates for quality healthcare.
The situational leadership is supple, transform according to the existing working necessities and clinical settings. Nurse in administration should analyze the present situation of healthcare and imply the best strategy to get the best outcome for healthcare. They should make decisions and modify management as per the need. Also, nurses in leadership need to concentrate on the growth of the people (Asamani et al., 2016). They should work to make the team members know their weaknesses and strengths, help them achieve their goals, and set targets for development. This coaching leadership is excellent to train the employees both personally and professionally if they implement these kinds of leadership; it will give long term results and quality for healthcare.
In nursing, a transformational leadership style, based on encouraging employees to provide the best at work, motivates them to be positive when performing several tasks rather than being negative (Asamani et al., 2016). For the quality of healthcare, nurses need to inspire and motivate employees so that they can give out the best at work.
