Such agendas promise job security and higher earnings for career RNs (Barsanti et al., 2017). These affect them where younger nurses who are more educated are enrolling in healthcare. Therefore, registered nurses and nurse leaders should take online courses and get RN to BSN degrees so that their job will be secured, and they will get higher education; these will help them to play a role in changing healthcare.

Secondly, nurses need technology experts, whereby information technology has increase patient satisfaction, decreases the total of paperwork for the nurses to perform where they are outside the room, and reduce clinical errors (Hagger, Ellis, & Strumidlo, 2016). Group creation in nursing develops a sound strategy to identify the challenges and barriers of people. In these, nurses should be able to locate and espouse the roles and responsibilities of each member of the group, which will help to reduce feeling overwhelmed.

Nurses in leadership should motivate the employees both in discipline and awards, and they should also focus on the excellent performance of the healthcare facilities and give the best they can.

For the success and quality of healthcare, nurses in leadership should be servants in HealthCare, where they will look after those who take care of patients and work hard to gain favorable outcomes. They should provide individual attention to their needs and ask if the employees need any help so that they can proved the help they will need (Asamani et al., 2016). They should also be active listeners, build community and persuade others. These will help in great decision making, clear communication among the staffs and suggest a healthy working environment for the employee and the health care at large.

Visionary leadership is where leaders are concerned about the future of their workers, whereby they direct the members on what they need to achieve for the coming years. Nurse leaders need to motivate the employee to chase and share a mutual target and visions by guiding them on where they will go and what to do with suitable procedures on how to reach there (Asamani et al., 2016). Nurse leaders have to be smart, interchange information to provide knowledge to the subordinates for quality healthcare.

Nurse in administration should analyze the present situation of healthcare and imply the best strategy to get the best outcome for healthcare. They should make decisions and modify management as per the need. Also, nurses in leadership need to concentrate on the growth of the people (Asamani et al., 2016). They should work to make the team members know their weaknesses and strengths, help them achieve their goals, and set targets for development.
