She works in the facility as a trauma coordinator in the Trauma facility.she had many responsibilities within the facility, and various roles to play that were essential in the case management of Trauma.one of her significant function is to ensure an excellent link to enhance effective communication to give support to the patient and among other disciplinaries.again, it is her responsibility to facilitate the patients transfer and discharge in time by liaising with the post-discharge service such as the social service department. Moreover, she presented her patients as an advocate during the patient's treatment period and ensuring that they get the services they deserve from the healthcare facility to get better.

Nevertheless, as a trauma coordinator, she has the responsibility to provide the patients, caregivers and the families with the relevant information on a regular basis and ensuring that they keep updated o the patient's progress. Occasionally, she helps in the audit, patients' documentation and can also implement a specific degree of service intervention. As a fellow nurse practitioner, she made me realize that a nurse does have a broader range of skills such as conducting treatment as prescribed by a doctor and that nurses have advanced training depending on each one's specialization.

It was evident from the conducted interview that there are subsets within the profession of nursing and that not all the nurses are the same in the roles that they play in different health care.

Define professionalism and how does professional responsibility influence your work

Individuals tend to have different ways of defining the term professionalism, especially in the nursing field. My interviewee too seemed to have her version of referring to term professionalism (Tilin and Morgan 2013). She defined the term professionalism in regards to the field of nursing stating that the professionalism is a dynamic and inevitable process and that it depends on the state of mind and the attitude of an individual that influences one's behavior in either responsible or professional way. It was further suggested that professionalism is crucial in achieving a healthy and safer working environment.

How professional responsibility influences work

The professional responsibility is defined as the ethical and moral obligations in a profession, my interviewee mention such commitments such as collaboration with other professionals, moral standards and integrity. Sometimes it is quite difficult to realize that other team members can notice your behavior at the workplace whether it is professional or unprofessional.

However, the colleagues and the client can quickly notice any unprofessional conduct thus professional responsibility is inevitable in our works. Throughout the interview, she insisted that one has to clearly understand the concepts of professional boundaries since it entirely influences our actions in almost all fields of professionalism. Therefore,a professional needs to avoid any personal gains at the expense of the client to prevent poor patient and nurse relations and maintain the practice and trust that is consistent with the set standards of any professional field.

When an individual is working with an emphasis on professional conduct, this makes them deliver their role effectively. For instance, when a nurse is licensed, he or she will advocate for her patients without expecting any favors (Lachman et al. 2012). When one behaves in professional conduct, this will enhance the trust of the client and makes her performance relatively easier and become accountable for personal actions.

Do you consider leaders in your organization stewards of health care?

Throughout the interview with my peer, she tends to be very supportive of the organization Stewards of the healthcare and highlighted various reasons for the same. The leadership facilitated by the nurse wisdom and guides the nurse shift of reasoning.moreover, leaders, especially in the nursing field, require evidence to understand how stewards gathered ethics might influence behavior quality. Again, the practice of stewardship helps advance a professional's practice by the application of the laid down general principle. The interviewee stated that Stewardship concept provides the leaders within the healthcare where she works on the integration of practical reasoning and facilitates her colleagues to act on moral standards.

Is it necessary to you that leaders exercise professional advocacy and authenticity as well as power and influence when working with colleagues?

It is essential for any leader to act with vigor and authenticity when conducting their role within the workplace. The fact that one is a leader, it automatically instills an added responsibility and functions and even power; therefore, another colleague will look up to the leader for direction, and to resolves some specific problems that emerge (Busher, 2015).

Moreover, when the tasks are not accomplished in good time, the leader is supposed to take responsibility for that thus a leader sometimes has to exercise his or her power to get the work done. The authenticity is of the essence to the success of a firm or an organization and on the other hand the other hand; the inspirational leadership may enhance performance.

Conclusion

In summary, during the interview, I tend to realize that professionalism requires a lot of dedication as one needs to practice with integrity and morals. Again, leadership plays a crucial role in the workplace, and every team member in healthcare has a unique position to play but work in collaboration and understanding.
