Introduction
As a child, I had always been captivated by roller coasters. It used to surprise me on the fact that ordinary people kept on trading to be tossed in the atmosphere like fluids coming out from a sprinkler within the stillness of the ground. The thing which amazed me on this ride was that people would enjoy the trip at a given point in time, and I could not believe it. The chills on my body used to be activated by the force of twisting tracks and turns. I gained the courage to give it a trial. I perceived the resultant excitement and the thrill of surviving the first roller coaster ride as being fateful as the experience was culminating.
The first thrilling, exhilarating experience on the rollercoaster took place in Arlington, Texas, a period when we were on a family vacation. Imagine getting into your seat then followed by an instant strap in, and then the fellow passenger's puzzles in excitement as they share about the previous suspenseful experience. I felt the hatred and anxiety-filled me as I waited for the ride. I stared at the looping as the journey took off slowly as my ears became hypnotized as the gears clicked. I could not stop watching myself climbing higher and higher as my blood continues to rush, feeling every foot I climbed. It was full of noise, high speed, and intimidating. From the first day, I set my eyes on moving roller, I have always been perceived that the roller coasters are beast carrying off passengers who scream though it was screams of joy.
The rambling sounds of the tracks brought a mighty roar of a lion to my mind. By the moment the defying ride commenced, I felt like butterflies were fluttering in my stomach as if they were struggling to escape from the bottle. My body seemed to relax for a short while by the moment of an instant pause. I was afraid and could not stop screaming extra loud. After that, a weightless turning stomach started to descend towards the ground, accompanied by the screams. After that, I wasn't able to move as the ride gained momentum, increasing the resistance of my body against gravity.
The sharp turns I could encounter, and the frequent descending provided more confidence. Initially, I thought I was going to die at every corner the roller coaster made. I was surprised by the fact that I had survived the defying death of the plunges to the ground. The screams which were like piercing the ears produced by the ride seekers in both behind me as well as at my front positions me had boosted my adrenal glands as the body shakes as a result of the loops and twists of the roller coaster. The feeling of excitement overwhelmed me as I felt the sling which exerted a shot on me at a high velocity. The speed at which it was moving indeed made me feel like a supernatural being. I was truly living a total emotion as I enjoyed the view at the top as it descended.
Finally, the super ride was over, and imaginations crossed over my mid on how I have been addicted to the racing beast. I slowly followed the passengers towards the exit by the use of the long ramp as we were walking silently, being in another realm. I felt like my body is still on the motion. As my brain adjusted, I thought that the adrenaline is again flowing faster. I remember I had the feeling of crawling into a dark hole, which is motionless and terrifying. The experience in the roll coaster brought out the same sensation, which is similar to the one we usually feel when we are terrified. It made me realize that, in reality, I am always perfectly safe from any real danger.
