Literature Review

According to Fernandez (2017) the North American Free Trade Agreement enacted in 1994, came at a time when there was a great need for the intensified trade relations between the Mexicans and the United States, It was a time when there were increased instances of smuggling of drug and substances through the Americana on the Mexican border. Because of the need to reduce the impact of drug smuggling through their borders, the association came in, and it was to build relations and consequently improve security in the borders. Fernandez (2017) illustrates how it was hard to control the free passage of goods and other materials through the borders while trying to prevent illicit products like drugs and substances of abuse. Though the association impacted the economy of the Mexicans and security in the boundaries significantly, it recorded a high number of drug smuggling in the United States and also increased the number of illegal immigrants who use the chance to enter the United States without the proper channels.

Fernandez, (2017) mentions that immigration and trade relation between Mexico and the United States has been the most prominent spoke over matter over the continent because of the issues. Fernandez thus in the article discusses and describes the impact that the brutalities experienced on the US-Mexican border had on trade and their relations. The border security stands as the main issue on the discussion because everything depends on the nature of security on the birders. The article discusses the issue of brutality on border security and how the immigrants undergo bad moments as they try to cross the border to the United States.

Gonzalez and Schaefer (2016) describe the brutalities and the injustices that happen on the US-Mexican border concerning human trafficking. It is an illustration of how the Us-Mexican border has become a very hostile place for the women and children who are sold to be sex workers and slavery out of their will. Human trade becomes a thing in the border lines because of the brutalities of the authorities who resolve to sell the immigrants to agents who have no better use of them other than subject them to human trafficking. It is a matter that demonstrates how much injustice has prevailed in the American-Mexican border. Breach of security and subjecting the poor immigrants to such dangers raises eyebrows on the nature of dealings that the border patrol officers have resulted. The issues of minors being separated from their parents and the forced labor to firms on the US soil are some of the injustices and brutalities that the immigrants face in their daily struggles.

The subjection of minors to forced labor and the girls to sex work expresses the extents to which security in the borders have been breached and the need for the intervention of the human right activist and the US administration to help in the matter. Forced labor is a situation where immigrants are forced to works in agricultural firms without any pay and under very harsh conditions. It becomes tough for the laborers to report to anyone because they might end up being deported because they lack the right credentials for the being in the country. Such injustices expose the immigrants to dangers such as death or even unseen circumstances which are a big insult to the ace of democracy and the administration of the United States.

Thompson describes the assimilation of the Mexicans in the United States as a minor group and the limitations that the situation came with at the time. The case with the US-Mexican border has been a very similar situation over the past decades if American history. The article describes how the Mexican was then limited to the housing specifications allocated by the government. It also implicated limitation geographically where they set aside, and their lives were not usual. The implications of the US-Mexican border runs across all races in the United States as many have to live in very harsh environments and to have to shun away from the American authorities. It is a matter that has seen many suffers the wrath of the authorities and the hostilities of the administration. The implication of the border issue has been one that has grown to become the biggest problem in American history as Simoncelli describes in the article. (Simoncelli, et al. 2016).

Research Design and Methods

The research design was based on some reviews on previous documents and records that address the same issue. The materials and records collected in some articles were to address the research questions pointed above. For instance, in the gathering of qualitative data, the research was resolved in engaging some Mexicans immigrants who were more than ready to tell the brutality of the US border authorities. It was an in-depth conversation that opened up the response to the research questions. It was upon discussing with them.

The following came up on the research: on the issue of the view of the US administration to the world as far as immigrants brutality is concerned, it was evident that some the human activists were worried about how the United States took the matter of the cruelty of the US border to the Mexican immigrants. The brutality in the US-Mexican border was tainting the image of the US administration in the international world as many were worried about the preservation of human rights by the United States. The nature of brutality for instance through the separation of children from their mothers, was alarming because it is a total violation of human rights. (Grayson, 2017).

An international relation theory titled United States Frontier Injustice illustrated how the world was watching, and everyone was complaining about the issue of beatings and human trafficking that was being enacted by the authorities' in the US-Mexican border. Speaking to some Mexican immigrants in the United States, we were able to identify the number of brutalities that the authorities in the US-Mexican border. Immigrants were severely beaten, and this left them nursing bruises and other scars. It was excruciating as they narrated how the authorities would have them lined up and have them beaten mercilessly. Children were being separated from their parents, and this was very painful because of the mother-child relationship which is very special and important especially for the child's growth. The separation of children from their mother is brutality that is majorly marred with the Trump administration. The news was all over, and everyone was complaining of the injustices that the administration was undertaking. (Schatz, 2017).

From the interviews, the immigrants explained how their kids were separated from them afraid that they would never meet their loved ones again. The other brutality was forced labor and sex workers being smuggled through the borders. Immigrants explained that women and, children were taken and forced to work on farms without any good pay. Forced labor is a form of slavery because it is aviation of human rights. Border patrol police explained the nature of the immigrants through the US-Mexican border and how such issues were being handled across the border at their time. Drugs smuggling was also another threat that the authorities had to deal with because drug traffickers would use the border to have the drugs smuggled into the United States soil. (Gonzalez, 2015).

As the American administration has it, the immigrants from Mexicans pose some threats to the United States; the administration profoundly points at the danger of drugs and substance abuse which have become the greatest threat to the youth. The US administration has significantly demonstrated their distaste and disappointment in the issue of drugs smuggling which poses a threat to the people of the United States. (Payan, 2016). The administration had also raised concerns on the matter that upon the immigrant's settlement in the country, this would pose a threat to jobs. On the issue of employment, the administration argues that there would be no more jobs for the citizens of the United States. The number of limitations to the point of US-Mexican brutality is the disabled security on the Mexican bord...
