Introduction

Oxfam is a humanitarian organization that aids people facing different challenges in the society including people faced by natural calamities like famine, earthquakes, across different countries in the world (Lewis, 2018, p. 36). However, in recent years the organizations have found itself under the scrutiny of the public eye after reports emerged regarding their workers' unethical practices. It was reported their workers misused their powers and they sexually harassed victims in Haiti. The organization apologized to Haiti's government, but the government suspended its operations and the organization lost a lot of donors.

Social media is one of the most influential media platforms that is commonly used by people in different countries. Social media will reach out to many people across the world and it represents one of the crucial steps that can be utilized when following up on the victims of the sexual harassment cases. This following up should entail compensating all those who were affected, and the company should consider the chance to represent the organization in the country to avoid such cases. The company should share such posts while interacting with the victims and try and sort these issues as long as they are comfortable with the idea. The company can also communicate with the members of the public using different social media platforms to get suggestions on how to go about the issue.

The organization should consider making massive changes in their taskforce and hire competent workers whom they can post their backgrounds (Lewis, 2018, p. 23). Hiring experienced workers with good conduct will be an excellent way to regain the organization's trust among people. The company should also tag some of the previous donors' as well as potential ones so they can see the progress of the organization in their rebranding efforts.

The company should use print media and magazines would be very useful in delivering its message. Releasing copies of magazines monthly would help the people get to know more about the organizations' activities. The company should focus on distributing these magazines to the public to ensure they reach out on many people. Some of the contents to include in these magazines should consist of the restructuring of the organizations. They should also make their new vision clear to the people by helping the less fortunate in society. Newspapers are also common among people, and they would be an excellent choice to enlighten members of the public about such harassments. This will inform the people on how to avoid such cases, and this will be an indication the organization is aware of its previous mistakes and knows how to avoid them.

The broadcast media is prevalent among the people in the country, and it would be an excellent way to reach out to more people across the world (Lewis, 2018, p. 13). The organization could use short advertisements to condemn acts of harassment against women in such situations. The ads could also be in audio format so radio stations can also air them ensuring they reach out to more people. The organization's leaders should also commit themselves to appear in different interviews and talk shows to clear the air about the issue and explain their plans forward to avoid such incidents from happening in the future. Lastly, the organization can use its Youtube channel to post videos on some of their plans and keep the people up to date with their activities. The channel should also focus on reaching out to people who could have faced cases of sexual harassments to solve these cases which could be rampant.
