Introduction
Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder is an infection marked by the current lack of attention qualities portrayed by many people and young children. The Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder has specific factors that cause it, its treatment requirement and its unique signs and symptoms depending on the type affecting an individual.
Definition of ADHD
ADHD is the abbreviation form of the Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. ADHD is a human disease that results in symptoms such as impulsive behavior and hyperactivity making the infected individual lack attention in their daily activities (Hou, Wang, Sun, Zhou, & Liu, 2017). In most cases, the infection cases are mainly realized in young children, but the symptoms of ADHD are continuously observed in the children throughout their adolescence stage up to adulthood.
Types of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Infection
Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder is divided into three different types. However, the diagnosis of the three types of the disease, as well as the treatment of each virus type, is carried out in very different ways. Each type of illness (ADHD) also has its unique treatment methods depending on the signs and symptoms it exposes.
- The first type of the disorder is the Inattentive Attention deficit hyperactivity Type. An individual infected with this kind of ADD poses the following systems.
- Failure to pay attention to instruction or details, prone to careless mistakes, poor listening skills, very forgetful, poor ability to complete provided tasks, destructive in nature and being forgetful.
- The second type of the disease is the Hyperactive-Impulsive Type. A person with this kind of ADHD must possess the following symptoms or behaviors.
- Too much talking, prone to interceptions, prone to blurting out at others, inability to play quietly, unnecessary running at inappropriate periods, squirming and lack of good listening skills as well as fidgeting.
The last type of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder which is also the most common type of the infection is the Combined Type of ADHD. Individuals with this kind of ADHD have both symptoms for the Hyperactive-Impulsive Type and symptoms of the Inattentive Attention deficit hyperactivity Type (Hou, Wang, Sun, Zhou, & Liu, 2017). This kind of ADHD is also known as the predominantly hyperactive-impulsive type. Other unique symptoms of this kind of the ADHD include signs of fidget and symptoms of squirm, feeling of restless in both young children and adults and too much communication with the surrounding people which are not necessary
Causes of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
Many factors play a part in the cause of ADHD, and only a few of these factors are associated with the style or the way the child is brought up or specific parental care. Some of the possible causes of the ADHD include:
- Individual gene type: Since ADHD has a strong genetic basis, it may result in a person's blood as a result of gene deficiency found in the different tissues. The infection may cause a rise in a child due to the child having a version of the gene tolerant to the disease, for example, a child having a gene which has thinner tissues around the brain causing tension
- Food and Nutrition: Certain components of diet have been considered essential for the growth of human brains both the children and adults. Therefore the lack of such essential nutrients in the diet cause brain retardation and the possible result is the attention deficit disorder. An individual may suffer from the disorder as a result of lack of fatty acid containing omega-3 nutrients in the diet which are necessary for the development of brains. Due to lack of the fatty acids, the brain is influenced by stunt growth imposing an individual at high risk of being affected by the disorder. Other diets like the use of excess sugar are some of the causes of the attention deficit disorder in young children
- Another possible cause of the ADHD is the type of Environment or surrounding. Factors in the environment where an individual stays are regarded as among the sources of ADHD disorder (Souza, 2017). The availability of lead in the environment where a person or a child is growing in, may cause the spread of the disease in the environment lead accumulation is considered dangerous as it may lead to hypertension leading to brain disorders). Also, factors in the environment like smoking may expose the children and women to the effects of ADHD.
- Other Possible Causes attention deficit disorder includes brain injury in children presenting the young ones to toxic, sick family connection and physical injury and poor planning as well as poor personal management.
The Lasting Period of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder
The ADHD disorder can last in an individual body for a very long time from his or childhood to adolescence and even to his adulthood stage. The symptoms of the infection may develop slowly in a child become more percent during old stages of growth i.e. the disease symptoms may increase with time in children
From the different observed cases, the most people at risk of Attention deficit hyperactivity disorder are boys. ADHD is mostly observed in males from most diagnoses carried out. However, in some cases, the risk is considered to be the same in both men and women
Adding Psychotherapy is some of the ways that can be used to treat ADHD patients to help them cope up with the problems they encounter in handling the disorder. Different types of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder have their unique symptoms that an individual affected by the disorder shows.
Parents can take the responsibility of preventing their children from being affected by this kind of infection, for example; the parent can provide a healthy environment to the young children that are free from lead pollution and keeping the children from the factors that can cause brain torturing of the children imposing them to ADHD (Souza, 2017).
The Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder can affect a person for a very long time or even through his or her entire lifetime since the infection may as well grow with time as an individual grows when not monitored and necessary actions taken against the infection. The impact of Attention Deficit Hyperactivity disorder on a person's brain can be reduced by taking nutritious diet containing fatty acids
The Alternative Sweeteners Carbohydrates
Alternative sweeteners are just contrasting options to sucrose and different monosaccharides and disaccharides that give sweetness (Souza, 2017). There are fundamentally two classes: sugar liquor and generally utilized option sweeteners.
The Sugar alcohol carbohydrates
Sugar alcohol can give a few calories yet don't add to tooth rot. Sugar alcohols are otherwise called the sugar replacers. Some individuals get befuddled by the name sugar liquor supposing it is a sweet mixed drink. It is not liquor. Another name for sugar alcohols is a nutritive sweetener. Sugar alcohols are nearly as sweet as sucrose however just give roughly a large portion of the calories.
The significant benefit of sugar alcohols over sucrose is that sugar alcohols are not matured by microorganisms on the tooth surface which causes less tooth rot. Sugar alcohols are recorded on the Nutrition Facts mark. Other examples of Alternative Sweeteners carbohydrates include; those developed to provide zero-calorie as well as the low-calorie sweetening for foods and drinks (Novikova, Chernyavskiy, Romanov, Rudenko, & Edemskiy, 2018). Since many of the alternative sweeteners carbohydrates are non nutritive.
Amino acids from meat, milk, eggs, beans, and fish link together to form thousands of different proteins that become part of the body. Incomplete proteins such as spinach, beans, wheat germ contain just a few of the essential amino acids. Usually, the antibodies, enzymes, muscle proteins, as well as proteins in the skin are all made up of amino acids, some that the body produces and some that must be consumed. On the other hand, the complementary proteins are food sources that work together to provide all essential amino acids. The plant Sources of Protein Plants are a source of protein but are not a complete protein unless combined with other sources of essential amino acids.
Due to lack of the fatty acids, the brain is influenced by stunt growth imposing an individual at high risk of being affected by the disorder. Other diets like the use of excess sugar are some of the causes of the attention deficit disorder in young children. The overweight woman and others who are obese and mainly consume the standard LFs were interviewed to after which they were requested to take either the PY or the LF on a daily basis together with their main meals for twelve weeks while formulating the weight loss programs at the same time.
