Sometimes it is hard for an individual to realise his [or her identity unless when he or she performs a particular task or function. Personal identity is what can be developed and formed mostly by interacting with others. For example, I didn't realise that I have the potential to lead mother people on occasions or functions. During our project, I happen to be, chosen to be a group leader where I used to be a spokesman of all other members in the group.

During the period of development of our project, I was the o, in steering the group members and going office to office to look for materials which we were supposed to use in the project. At the final stage of our project, I was to present the plan to the panel of the committee and the people who were present in the presentation. During my presentation and project development, I realised that I possess an essential personal identity which in the past years I had not recognised that I own it.

Through such an event it helps me identify my identity and developed it to another level. After realising about my personality, it was o,f great advantage to me as I used it in many aspects of life which helps to transform me to the next higher level of growth. For example, I used my identity to attend several conferences and seminars where I get a significant opportunity to interact with several people and give me exposure to the real world entity. During the meeting, I was able to get the chance of being identified by top official individuals where I get a chance of being selected as a chairperson of the institutions.

Through communicating and participating in such events, I was able to develop my identity and realised how important it was for me in all several aspects of life. From my experience, I understood that personal identity could be formed and transformed into other levels. Mostly personal identity cannot be just identified by an individual without communicating and interacting with other people. Through interactions and talking with other people, you will be able to form and develop your identity where you will get many benefits from realizing and identifying your identity.
