The department is initiating organized approaches to specific forms of crime that individual members of the VVBC were associated with that negatively impacted on the society. Successful derivations of sufficient evidence against each member of the club presenting a chance to the launching of charges to every selected member. There, however, exists no official details and evidence to these charges filed by the VPN to either the District Attorney or the Grand Jury. The police chief yet, adamant that there is a wonderful chance to take down the VBBC.

The club has been on the radar of the police for over ten years. It is with no successful incrimination of any of its members. The Virtual Police subject to a lack of support from other departments of the justice system on attempting to eliminate operations by the VBBC. Previous cases and evidence presented to the prosecutor stated to lack probable cause or legitimate evidence. Several instances observed of cases being dismissed or the possibility of release with payment of fines. Most of the police operations with arrests that were successful then still not concluded. An example of the club’s president is under parole but still observed to control several criminal related practices, and not much has been launched against him since. It is considering that his parole agreement outlaws any relationships between him and other known and targeted criminals.

The Virtual Police Department Chief has now identified other criminal justice entities that would play a significant role in assisting to eliminate all operations of the VBBC. Another entity the Virtual Security Force then contracted to avail needed resources that would assist the police during physical encounters with VBBC members. More specifically, in commercial and business regions of the city that the VSF majors its operations. The VSF allocated certain privileges that enable them to assure their duties in protecting businesses and their clients.

From a meeting held by the chief, there were establishments on the primary goal of this association. That is the elimination of the VBBC and their influence that allowed them to terrorize citizens of the city. To assure success to these operations, every criminal department had to initiate their operations effectively (Mattis, 2018). In the process, there was the development of two-level approaches to dealing with the VBBC. The first involving concentrating on the existing investigations on the club’s activities, observing all prosecution procedures that are also ongoing. The second level would involve developing appropriate approaches that would ensure a significant reduction in crime.

The chief is then appointing a delegate for himself to offer a helping hand during all advances against the VBBC. He, however, had uncertainties on the levels of commitment to this course by every member of the team. As such, there was a need to understand the specific capabilities that each presented. There are consequent deductions of the issues that individual parties had against the VBBC. Major Irongate, for instance, strived to address the dominance that the VBBC had established within the prisons. The inclusion of how the Virtual Detention Center was an avenue to initiate drug-related operations by the VBBC. The chief then establishes Raymond Burr as an individual who doesn’t see the rightfulness of this course against the VBBC.
