Some of the Voice Assistants are located in smartphones such as Siri, and Google Assistants provide the voice assistants to Ios and Androids. For these voice assistants to work appropriately, they should have connections to the internet. The internet allows these applications to carry out web searches and communicate with various smart devices making them require wake work for activations. The google voice assistant was developed after Apple's Siri trend. This application has led to improvements in its functionality through the addition of different languages and some impressive features. Due to the development of varying voice assistants, this paper will focus and analyze google home, which has led to an improvement in the voice home market.

Google home has been on the rise since it utilizes the voice-control expertise and the google search as an advantage over other voice assistants. The application could tie different google accounts, thus allowing one to check for days present in the calendar and report on the traffic conditions through the use of Maps data. The Google home is capable of differentiating the voice of users since it serves as the controller for the chromecast audio that is the multiroom systems. Therefore, through the Chromecast, one can stream the podcast and songs to the synchronized speakers which are in different rooms (Dempsey, 2017). Thus, the Chromecast, which is under Google Home, has led to the improvement of track recording.

Technology has contributed to change among Google home since it determines how fast the users can conduct streamline operations. The users can carry put web searches and store data in the cloud for easy retrieval. Improvement in technology in Google home has made the information to become instantly available to the users. Through the development of technology, Google could provide tutorials, webinars, and guides, which would help the businesses and other users to master the skill of voice building (Dempsey, 2017). Also, the improvement in technology will help in combining artificial intelligence, thus offering suggestions on the clients' purchase history. Therefore, as users learn how to search, buy, and the place to conduct our shopping, the voice assistants and various mobile applications help in predicting peoples' needs, thus improving their lives.

Google home has a competitive advantage over other companies since it has a tremendous technological advantage. The growth in the Artificial intelligence voice speakers is, thus leading to competition among the voice assistant companies (Keun-Cheol, Kweon, Kyung-Jae & Choi, 2018). The users might prefer one of the voice assistants due to its technological advantage over the other, thus affecting the supply and demand in the market.

Google made various products which flopped, leading to its slow growth rate as a voice assistant. The google video player failed due to the introduction in, which was preferred by most users. The google video player was designed to allow people to download videos and watch them despite its failure. The google buzz lasted for only twenty-two month since there was no ready market as it could enable users to in posting photos, links, videos, and the status updates. Also, since people opted to ask questions on Yahoo, google answers lasted for a few years before it collapsed (Keun-Cheol et al., 2018). Therefore, the collapse of these products from Google made Startups to learn various concepts which would help their products to flourish.

Consequently, Google Home encountered various errors which led to execution failures such as the usage of too much time in the dissemination of services for a day. Since the error exceeded the execution time, users felt wasted throughout the process. The error also contributed to the authorization of the Google home for the performance of a particular activity. For example, the use of google scripts which ran on Google and Google Cloud servers is affected by these error leading to the script using more time for a given day (Keun-Cheol et al., 2018). Therefore, these critical failures made it challenging to use Google home as it led to time wastage due to errors in the system.

This company is involved in the production and sale of its products, generation of revenues, and the maintenance activities. Also, google Home can help make the freehand calls, control the smart homes, and play the white noise if the user has fallen asleep. Therefore, through these activities, the company can achieve its set goals and objectives.

Product strategy is the foundations responsible for determining the products life cycle and its plan for development. The products strategy helps companies to focus on a particular audience and consumer attributes. Through the creation of a product strategy, companies can develop a product which leads to customer satisfaction, thus making the customers develop trust in a specific brand. Also, market positioning is the act of developing a particular image through the creation of brands that helps the consumers to have a particular perception towards the company. Market positioning makes the organization to retain its consumer or clients who propel it to the next level. Also, it is vital for the company to have a marketing strategy which is the plan that is developed to allow people to become frequent customers of various products and services (Roglinger et al., 2012). This strategy includes the key marketing messages, value proposition, and the data of the target clients.

Google home, which has been gaining popularity in the current society, has had a competitive advantage over other voice assistants Companies due to the services and products it provides to its users. The failure which the Google home company encountered made them set appropriate strategies which could win the hearts of their consumers. Developing, which leads to customer satisfaction, can help the companies in achieving their set goals and objectives. The business models play a significant role in organizations since they promote customer relationships and promote critical activities in the companies. Therefore, for an organization to improve, the management should understand various terms such as the marketing strategy, market propositions, and the product strategy.
