Juvenile Case #1
The degree of crime that was exhibited by the suspect was high due to the murder of the elderly lady. This is because murder is one of the criminal cases that is taken to be serious. Moreover, the client also committed another crime whereby he stole properties and sold. As the client was left by the parents at a young age and was a drug addict, taking him to the juvenile would be a good idea. This would also help the client overcome the addiction as still, the client was young. On the other hand, the client would be in a position to change the bad behaviors as the juvenile has their rules and regulation.
The 14 years old client entered the house where he/she had turned into a thief whereby he used to steal laptops and sell them. In the crime day, the client entered a house and stabled a lady 42 times which lead to the arrest. Moreover, the client did not always go home, but mostly visited friends. He was also a meth addict, he started taking the drugs at a young age. When the client was enrolled in a juvenile there were minimal behavior issues. This show that the client cooperated in the previous juvenile. Moreover, the client seemed to like education whereby he attained a high diploma. He was also able to attend voluntary treatment programs, this would assist him to treat insomnia that had been reported. He did not like to associate with other people in the juvenile, and never had gangs that he followed.
The client had already braked the law through the cases he had committed. One of the crimes the client had committed was very dangerous and could eventually cause life imprisonment to the client or death. Moreover, the client was supposed to be taken in a mental school as the acted he had committed was beyond his age. Most likely the client could be a black person who was committing a crime to get money to star stain him since his parent had left him.
Juvenile Case #2
Owning firearms without permission is a crime, the 15 years old boy was found possessing some firearms. Moreover, he was a drug dealer which is also a crime as drug use is illegal. He was very young to purchase drugs, which he could have been using. Additionally, the client was charged with the death of his friend whom he had recruited. The client was a teenager but was able to use dangerous firearms which also made his friend die. This kind of crimes committed are very serious, they also portrayed other behaviors that he could have.
The client needs a lot of help which would be found through rehabilitation. This is because the client had experienced a lot throughout his lifetime, most of these things were immoral. For example, the client's family is surrounded by drug users and dealer. This is an act that he inherited from the family member. Rehabilitation would assist the client in gaining knowledge that drug dealing is not the only job he could do. Moreover, the rehabilitation would assist the client to develop skills which would assist him to be friendly with people.
The minor was arrested due to the owning of firearms, he used to be a drug dealer who went with firearms for protection purposes. Unfortunately, when they were in a drug business his friend mistakenly cocked which lead to his death. The client was also a drug dealer which he inherited from his parents. He used to watch most of his family members use the drugs, this encouraged him to try them according to how he saw them did, no wonder of his young age.
The client had done very well in the previous juvenile rehabilitation practices, he had earned a high diploma and other certificates. This showed that the client had changed the bad ways and was doing the best out of the juvenile's experience. The client also contributed to the activities in the juvenile whereby he was associated with duties there. The juvenile had completely changed the client into a better person, he was taught skills that he could use in his lifetime.
The client had committed a serious crime of recruiting a friend into illegal businesses and causing his death. The client also used firearms which were recorded to be associated with his friend's death. Such crimes were severe, the client was to be jailed for life and get a chance to get advice on the best ways to work out things. The client should also get guidance and counseling on the effects of drugs even though all of his family members were addicts. The client of this crime could be a brown person whose family is of drug addicts.
Juvenile Case #3
The client was attempting to shoot some people who had bitten up some of his friends. This was kind of personal defense to the client but it was a violation of the law. If the client could have missed the shoot he could have killed innocent people. Moreover, the client could have reported the incidence to the authority who could have helped instead of taking quick action which would eventually cause trouble. The degree of this crime is not high as the client did not kill anyone at the end.
The client's mother contributed to his child's behaviors, this is because the client was required to participate in counseling when he was in the second grade but his mother hated the counselor. This made the client to miss some of the most important that he needs in his life. Moreover, his mother also stopped the client's medication during his sixth grade, which finally contributed to the behavior that was affecting him.
The client had a problem of managing the anger and was an alcohol addict. He was once suspected of stabbing a person in a party although the police did not get him. The client was able to cope with the juvenile environment. He got interested in it was able to acquire a high diploma. He also changes whereby he volunteered to some activities in the rehabilitation center. The juvenile was of much help as the client was able to complete the anger and alcohol courses.
He committed a severe crime which could have caused much damage to other people. This because the client was unable to manage the ager. Although the client did not kill anyone he could be a threat to the community as he could have done something else dangerous that could have hurt a lot of people. The client needed a lot of guidance and counseling and rehabilitation where he could be able to stop consuming alcohol.
